This bank branch offers a disappointing experience. The staff is unprofessional, lacks knowledge, and demonstrates a lack of care in their work. I would not recommend visiting this location.

When I moved here in the u.t.c. area 7 years ago, I had this wells Fargo bank location as my main bank, When I entered ,a very nice professional young woman name Danielle had assisted me, she treated me like Gold ! I informed her that I'm in the Investigation research operations for a personal injury law firm, that I just relocated here from San Marino,calif. Building new business relationships here in San Diego, she was the most helpful polite bank employee in 40 years I've dealt with, so after that day, every time I enter the branch, she and all ployees treated me as a celebrity lol...then I met Hector the bank manager,he also was a awesome person, he then introduce to his business loan executive Ray, Ray also treated me like if you need my services, look me up, I will take care of your loans ECT..so I just want to say that wells Fargo is absolutely the finest !!!!

An awful experience. They were supposed to let me know about something in 3,4 business days, and they didn't. After a week, I started to call. Every time I was told that specific person is busy and they would let him know to call me back. After 4 weeks and calling them several times, I went in person to hear that they had my answer 3 weeks before, but nobody apparently cared to let me know.

Experience at this branch is terrible. Tried to get a foreign transaction and the manager called a minute before closing the day I tried to pick it up....left a vague message. Took three calls before getting to a person. The day I tried to go inand check a teller was just chatting with a customer.Was able to come in after leaving work early and while there are like 7 employees walking around only one is doing work. I think it's time to get a new company.

I used this branch (first time) after the opening rush and before the lunch rush. I was first up for the teller at the window. She was very helpful in cashing my personal check. I am very happy with the service at this branch today.

Not open in the weekends and after work hours. Inside the bank is always a line / the more experienced tellers are not helping customers, just observing the trainees.

Long lines on a Friday afternoon and only one teller working the counter. The staff were aware of the issues as the line began to form almost outside the door and frequently apologized to customers for the wait but they would benefit from having another teller up front.

Bank tellers are always so friendly - 4 stars. One person working, two employees (I'm assuming managment) standing around talking. Managers should jump in to support their staff!5 Stars for William Webb - Friendly - Great customer service - wonderful

Trying to open an account and no receptionist. After I waited in the hall for 20 minutes some banker told me they close in 45 minutes. She asked me to wait until next week and make an appointment online. But apparently their online appointment system doesn’t work. There’s no availability at any of the branch. I’m now so confused about opening an account at this bank.Edit: went there again and they helped me out. Nice service this time!
