Honestly everyone but Esmeralda is really nice here. Every time I come she’s never smiling and appears annoyed. She also tries to find things to trip you up on like minor details on checks or money orders they have the signature and date but she’ll be like so and so is missing

The best bank and it deserves five stars. They have Banker his name JESUS MACIAS who serves customers with a smiling face and is very kind and answers every question accurately and very knowledgeably. I wish him all the best and success because he serves customers in the best way.

Went in to open a account with my daughter; after just dealing with horrible customer service from the Lemon Grove branch. Gloria D. was amazing. Her customer service skills, her outgoing personality, her compassion for helping person shows in her work, and her well versed knowledge. She went out of her way to make sure we were 100% set before leaving the building. Thank you Gloria for you excellent customer service. Personnel as yourself are a great asset to the company. If ever in need of opening an account as Wells Fargo; I highly recommend this certain branch located on Euclid. Ask for Gloria!!!! All tellers are great too Thank you!!

Waited over 30mins, only 5 people ahead of me. Only 2 tellers and the line is out the door. Then closed a teller...WTF???? Never again. Not very friendly.

HORRIBLE! If I could give zero stars I would but it doesn’t let me. do not make an appointment here at all!!!! so ridiculous. I had made an appointment two weeks in advance to speak with a banker. Eventually that didn't happen they had me waiting thirty minutes!!! there was only one lady there which was on the phone and did not hesitate to let me know she will be busy. They are understaff. The dude more like the security guy that is in charge of the door has no manners what so ever he is rude and so unpleasant!! there was a long line and one teller like… the heck is that??? There should be more than one teller! Ugh

Waiting in line for almost 55 minutes. Only one window open and 5 employees in the back of the teller just looking around and walking like security or something. I would love to give a 0 start to these locations

Súper disappointed. Made my appointment and they called me to confirm and I show up and they tell me my banker was not available that day. This was my third attempt trying to talk to them. I’m so done with Wells Fargo

Guys please be extra careful when letting these employees hand your own money. Don't expect them to not make mistakes or have your best interest in mind. I came here to deposit a large chunk of cash and they guy that provided service across the glass told me to check if it's correct and he put in half the amount I gave him.. how do you just put half the amount???? When you clearly counted it in front of me? Thank God I actually LOOKED and told him no that's only half the amount I gave you and he just laughed it off and said he's sorry... uhm I don't buy that. I think because I look super young and had large amounts of cash normally you don't see people my age or people in general have that amount unless it's a business transaction. You cannot mess up on a transaction when you're dealing with large amount of cash. You don't mess that up period. So closed on being scammed and I was actually in a hurry too. Thank you Lord I actually checked bc usually I'll just click without knowing. Please be extra careful.

Very disappointed, I went there today with my wife, we applied online for the new debit card and they didn't send the pin number for 3 weeks ,now.called customer service and told us to go to the branch and they will ask for ID and creat a pin,this lady i know by name,I don't want put on public, was rude and won't let us even to explain saying what we need appointment for pin activation,and there wasn't busy!she was very rude and we had 10 checks to deposit, we explained that,but still resisting.i think to switch my account because to what happened today
