Bad experience, I took my car for alignment and it didn't fit, when I took it back they told me that they were very busy and that it would return the next day, when I returned the next day they left it the same but that I would take it back without a problem. Spend more on gas from Lakeside to take it than better to go somewhere else.

Welch's Tire Auto Center were super helpful on a SUNDAY they got me in RIGHT away for an alignment! No wait time at all and cost half the price of Firestone! They have a HUGE selection of tires aswell!! I'll definitely be coming back when I need new tires! Thank you guys so much for getting my truck aligned not only fast but cheap!! You guys ROCK!!!

Our car was sent to them by Karz Plus when two days after we bought it it overheated. They said it was fine. Two days later it was dripping from the radiator. We took it back and they said it was the radiator. Duh! They fixed it. Two more days and it was still losing some coolant every day, followed by it pouring out thick smoke on starting and the check engine light coming on. Karz Plus told us to take it back to Welch's. Today I walked more than a mile to get to their shop, only to be told that the mechanic who had acepted the job had not shown up for work that day. We are still paying for a rental car while it's in the shop where apparently nothing was done.
