Terrible customer service. Do not respond to emails and they have no phone method to contact them.

My Waterfi stopped working. I emailed the company several times and still no response. I see they are not responding to several customers....bad business

I purchased Waterfi when the iPod shuffle was still in effect. I'm very upset that they have quit making the shuffle. I have two of the shuffles.
