I have been a client for almost 18 yrs.
Awesome laundromat, always clean, and staff is amazing and always someone on site. If you don't see them right away be patient, they might be on a lunch break.
However just one thing that's wrong. Customer's laundry will sit in huge washers after being washed, they will just leave. That makes people wait a while until they come back, and people just have to wait. Staff can't do anything about it. There should be a rule.

I left my clothes washing & didn't work the female Chihuahua doggy attendant it couldn't comprehend what happened, For tope all she smells like crack I'm got so frustrated with her her boss , I just left and went to Go Landry much much more better clean cheaper, They can keep the money they stole from me, I will not used or recommend the place ?.,

This place lies about having an attendant on site. So there’s no one to ask for help, and no one to unlock the bathroom. They are probably violating some kind of labor law with this loophole, but at least it makes it a great place to wash your shoes since there’s no on there to enforce the rules!

Very clean facility; the floors, machines and counters were constantly being cleaned while I waited for my laundry to wash. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. I will definitely come back more often now that I know this place exists.

Prices are higher then most and after 48 minutes my clothes were not dry. It was close to closing time and I felt rushed so I ended up leaving with damp clothes

Well, this is the cleanest laundry mat I've ever been in. It's been 30 years since I've done this. The young lady Betty is wonderful... I felt so out of place with the new tech, and she took the patience and the time to teach me. I felt like he uncle... Lol large size machines makes everything so much easier... I would like to give a special shout out to Betty, he kindness and understanding made it fell like I was at home... Always thankful John

Clean and very friendly and helpful attendant. I don't like the radio station they have on however. They use to offer a 20% discount when you paid in advance. I'm very upset that they recently did away with this.

I dig this laundry mat however Betty the laundry attendant doesn't listen too well. I tried to tell her about the water on the floor after having an issue with the washing machine earlier. I wash my sauna shirt all the time here and it doesnt collect water like today. The machine had been emergency stopped for a few minutes. The maintenance guy fixed it. So when my clothes were done my sauna shirt collected the water. Like i said it usually doesnt do that. So the machine didnt spin it out.She became upset at me. Basically blaming me for the water. I tried to explain to her what happened she doesnt listen. I just was telling her she needed to get a mop for the water. I guess she thought I was going to mop it up. Idk why I don't work there she does that's why they pay her. Make it even worst it was brown paper towel in the machine I had to pull it out before washing. Then I told her about the dryer machine payment kiosk. It doesn't allow you to add the time you have to swipe your card each time. I thought that is not OK. So I told her maybe put an out of order sign ?. She goes you see it was already there and someone took it off. I said yes, OK put another one on the machine and put in a work order. That wasted my time standing just pushing on a button that's broken ?. When if it was an out of order sign I wouldn't have put all my clothes in there. Then have to take them out. It's the consideration for your customers. Apparently it might have been broken then fixed and now broken again. If things are broken fix them. And if there is trash everywhere why aren't you doing your job properly. Like you should be making rounds around the machine every hour checking the machines to be clean for the next guest. Cause why do I have to pull trash out the machine ?. The first time I came here I didn't know how to add money to the machine. I accidentally added too much. I asked for a credit she wouldn't even offer any options. I let it slide,but if it was my laundry mat. I would have given a credit because there is no directions posted. Telling you how to add money to the kiosk payment. Hopefully Betty will be more proactive.

The absolute worst and most dishonest people. I used to use their wash and fluff services for almost 3 years. I was always wondering why I kept losing my clothes. Then, they started noticing that they were being stolen by them. They kept stealing my most expensive pieces. They only compensated me once for $25 (for something worth $150). The people who run this place are theives. My friends who I referred to this place were facing the same issue! So it's not just me.If someone knows how to take legal action against them, please let me know. I probably lost about $500-700 here, at least

I have been going to this laundromat every week for about 6 years. In the last couple years they put up an “out of service” sign on the bathroom in order to deter homeless from using it. The bathroom is not out of service. If the attendant knows you, she’ll let you use it. But, if you get a rude or new attendant, they won’t let you. There’s also no public bathrooms around. For a laundromat where you’re committed to being there for a while, they should really let customers use the bathroom. Not only is the dishonesty of the “out of service” sign obnoxious for paying customers, the attendants here on Monday 8/1 at 3:30 pm clearly enjoy saying “no”.Update: the person (presumably owner) who responded to this review claims that my review is not true. It is true. Note that the response was wildly defensive and neglected to respond to the real issue at hand, meaning the fact that they have have a false “out of service” sign up for well over a year. I have used the bathroom countless times while the “out of service” sign was up. Clearly it’s time to find a new spot.
