Drove to this location several times, however I could not find it?! I called but no one answered the phone. It’s either the wrong address or it’s behind an auto repair shop on Miramar Road. Either way, I will never get back those three hours.

I can't possibly say enough positive things about the staff, management, owner, and delivery service (Johnny in particular). The wall bed we purchased looks great; it's very comfortable; and highly functional. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Everyone said what they would do, and did what they said. I highly recommend this store for anyone who is looking to purchase a great bed and piece of furniture from a highly reliable and honest merchant.

Wow, great product and exceptional service. I ordered my wall bed and was told it would be a while as they make each wall bed when ordered. I think it has been about 2 months (maybe less) and it arrived. However, the owner kept me up today along the way with emails on where production was and the estimated delivery. Delivery and install was just as I was told. Easy! I noticed a few scratches upon install that must have happened during delivery. The install guys spoke with Wall Beds and no problem - in one week I had a furniture repair person at my home fixing the scratch. I also had a question about the install and again - no problem - she is sending the installers out to help. If you want a premium product with great follow-up and customer service - this is your place! Liz you are incredibly helpful and efficient!

We purchased the most amazing wall bed that has a table that folds down when the bed is up from Wallbeds N More and could not be happier with our purchase. We added cabinets to either side of the bed for storage. They each include 2 drawers, 2 shelves and a door which provides ample storage.The multi-function bed is a perfect fit in our little vacation studio condo at San Diego's Pt Loma Harbor. From selecting the perfect bed with Kathy in the San Ramon office, the delivery and installation with Anthony in San Diego and working with the owner, Liz Roller, it has been a pleasant experience all the way around. Very professional and great customer service. The craftsmanship and the quality of their products are top notch. We highly recommend Wallbed N More for all your furnishing needs. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Being in the furniture business in Greenwich Village for two generations, my guess I would be the perfect judge of what to expect in the furniture business. We ordered our wallbed from Liz who is the owner and operator of Wallbeds n more. The old days these walbeds were called murphybeds. Now they are much better constructed and screwed into the walls instead of huge bolts into the floors. Right from the start Liz was full service, with her great crew coming into our Pt. Loma home with clean pads and clean uniforms to install our queen size wallbed. We loved it so much we called her and ordered the two matching side cabinets. So to sum it up, we checked out the other wallbed people, and choose Wallbeds n more, and we are so glad we did ! Wahoo to Liz

I purchased a Murphy bed here about 5 years ago and had it moved by Movers that Liz recommended. They did a great job but during the move, the hinges on the table of the Murphy bed broke. Liz was so generous to order new hinges and the moving company did not charge anything to fix the damage. I am so impressed with the service. It is hard to find companies that stick by their product five years later, but Liz has been great. I will definitely buy another Murphy bed from liz.
