This review is for the pharmacy. My doctor put in a prescription at 8am. I call this Walgreens to make sure everything is good to go and the tech there tells me 1) medication is on back order and 2) my doctor needs to send in my medical chart. My medical chart for a medication I've been taking since 2016? Like I go to the doctor every month and the chart gets updated right? No. That makes as much sense as putting meat outside of a taco shell so I call again 30 minutes later. A woman answers. Tells me the medication is in stock and will be filled in a couple of hours. Come again? Some Walgreen employees going Breaking Bad or something? Was I supposed to go through the back door and pay in crumpled 1 dollar bills? In this economy I'm not blaming the guy but I would have never seen my prescription had I not called again. It angers me. However, I got someone helpful on the second try. Just double check everything and you'll be OK or find a new place to get your medication.

Very unprofessional they should get a training in how to treat people better and provide better service another thing they never pick up the phone I really wanted my medicine and they were just playing w the phone I woul put 0 star ?

Just moved here and had to jump through hoops to get my prescription filled, wanted chart notes from my doctor. Its an ADHD medication I have been on for 20 years. Have filled at other walgreens without issues. Asked several questions about when I see my doctor, why I am filling there instead of my normal pharmacy, ect. Never experienced this in my life. After doing all of this to get the prescription, they can only partially fill it bc they ran out. Show up to pick up my partial prescription when they said, and have to wait over an hour bc it wasn’t ready. I understand the concern for drug seekers and being cautious. However, a pharmacist has the capability to log in and see every single controlled substance that has been prescribed and filled in my lifetime. Clearly, I have been filling the same prescription once a month for the past 20 years. Did not appreciate how this was handled.

Not a good place to take passport pictures. Their camera or equipment is faulty. My son got his passport pictures came out dark. When asked about it they comment saying he is dark in color. Useless people here.

I did have a hard time with a guy in his 20s when I went to take a passport photoWent again the next day, a lady named ‘Maribel’ was really helpful. Thank you ! Will come back again someday

Made an appointment for my mom to get her vaccine at 3pm. Waited until 3:17pm for the pharmacist to finally come and administer the vaccine. The entire time I see her doing other stuff. No prioritization for clients in orderly and timely fashion.

The pharmacy is not military friendly. They would not honor a voucher for the flu shot from Walgreens. I believe there is a disconnect between the Store and Walgreens corporate office.The worst part was the embarrassment of being "shu'd" away with her hands. I only asked her to repeat due to my hearng disability.Besides that, I am going to have a positive Friday, and try another Walgreens.

workers from the pharmacy in this mira mesa store location has no customer service etiquette or the least care for anybody especially the kid employee Ryan whose straight up rude, disrespectful and the audacity to threaten me with police for waiting in line

So sad I live in this area for a long time and it shows how some people can be especially the manager here, I was shopping to find something while on the phone and out of the back he came out to ask what I was doing in a tone as if I was stealing as he watch me from the cameras, I told him finding something and he walked away trying make me feel like a bad person. this is very digusting how walgreens will hire a person like this. Also its not fair if I was of differnt color I would not be ask this at all. I will never shop here again also from other reviews it shows what kind of bussiness this place has.

The drive through pharmacy makes access to pick up prescription drugs very easy. the lines are short and staff does their best to assist the customers.

Slow, disorganized pharmacy. Employees throwing tantrums and swearing while stocking shelves. Completely unprofessional. Will not be using this place again.

So I went there this morning and went through the pharmacy drive through for the first time. I had to repeat myself at least five times asking for Sudafed, to the Asian woman staffing the drive though. Apparently English was not her first language. She departs and several minutes later another woman came to the window and explained that the purchase Sudafed, you have to come inside. I went inside and the ugly, bald, rude AF manager refuses to sell it to me. Oh boy, how inconvenient. I simply walk across the street and purchased it at CVS. He sure showed me.

Worst experience ever. I came in this morning and registered for the covid test. I have a good PPO plan with my company. When I went in for my appointment they told me that because I have insurance they have to charge me $129. At CVS they told me had I used them, I will only have to pay the co-pay of $30 through my insurance. In addition, walgreens advertising that it's free online only to tell you about this cost when you show up.
