I had a terrible experience at the pharmacy counter, and I feel compelled to share. Lanna, who was working the counter, had a horrible attitude. She was incredibly condescending, and it was clear she had no interest in helping. It honestly felt like she hated her job. Customer service was non-existent, and it was frustrating to deal with her the entire time. After this, I called my doctor’s office and had them send my prescription to CVS instead. It’s really unfortunate that someone in this position behaves this way, especially because her “job” is to obviously interact with people. I won’t be returning to this location and will make sure friends and family don’t either.

I'm not sure it's all of them, but at least today I confirmed that there are some ATMs that keep the Catalinas/rewards that are printed, I had to ask for it otherwise they wouldn't have given them to me and there were two times that I had to ask them for them. How sad that they are not being honest with customers.

Absolutely horrific experience with the pharmacy today. My husband was there almost all day trying to get ONE prescription filled. The pharmacy refused to call the Dr and the Dr refused to call the pharmacy. I'm home sick with pneumonia so my husband offered to go pick up my medicine so I'm not coughing to the point of vomiting anymore. Instead he was there waiting on the most incompetent pharmacy techs I have ever heard of. A very nice woman on the drs end of things tried her best to help. He ended up there for almost 2-3 hours and is STILL THERE TRYING TO GET MY MEDICATION. Absolutely livid at this situation right now.

Service is horrible! Employee Venessa needs training on etiquette and how to respond to customers! Being in business for so long, Walgreens still has poor service! What a shame!

I really like this pharmacy a lot! It's located at a busy street where there is a lot of active transit. Customer service is great and the employees are wonderful both in front of the store at the cash registers and in the back in the pharmacy. I use to come here a lot to pick up photo print photos. I highly recommend this place!

People complain too much about every single thing. I always have a great experience and the customer service is similar to any other place, stop expecting too much from people.

Great pharmacy staff. Customer service is good all around. Store is well managed and the conveniences of services they offer such as Western Union and photo printing, are all up to date and IMHO is the most efficient and safest way to do these things. Been going here for over 10 years.

First time at this location. Glad they have underground parking on this busy street area. What I came for was unavailable. Shelves seemed to be half filled and many items were locked in a case or locked in general. Must be a hassle to purchase anything but I assume it's due to high theft rate in the area. Shelves were also dusty-just seemed very depressing to be in here although the visit was quick. I did not purchase anything as what I needed was not there. 3 stars for the store displays and just environment in general. Can't say much about the workers since I didn't interact with them but I think they were doing their job appropriately. I will not be a returning guest at this location but appreciate the hours of operation.
