This is for the pharmacy. I came in this evening to pick up a script and what I assume was the MOD jumped in to help the only pharm tech that was helping soo many people. I, like a dummy went to the wrong Walgreens and they filled my script while being obviously understaffed, which was so incredibly kind of them. I got out pretty quickly on account of how many ppl were there thanks to the store MOD (pretty sure that was him). So whoever was working the pharmacy 10/3 at around 4pm ish - THANK YOU SO MUCH! the pharmacists, the tech and the MOD who helped me out. They deserve more credit than they deserve. You guys are amazing and I hope you get some good karma your way. Also a pay raise but corporate probably wouldn’t ever :/ - so grateful to you guys!!!!

If I may have the chance to LEAVE NO star I definitely would. On Thursday the 5th of September around 5:30pm I was asked by a family member (An elder) if I may pick up her prescriptions at this location today. I decided to pick her medication up by the DRIVE THRU. The worst of the worst customer service it's sounds like the lady NOR the "supervisor " wanted to be there.they were definitely in a bad mood or seemed by the tone of voices they dislike thyre postion. I feel if YOU are Miserable no matter what company / postion you may be working for & are UNHAPPY I SUGGEST YOU LEAVE!!. I advice you look for something else that may Suite you or at least make you happy while you are at work. I Feel for the UNSPOKEN ELDERS THAT may have to deal with this type of service when it may come to VISITING this WALGREENS LOCATION.

Terrible service at the pharmacy, as it is possible that they do not have a prescription ready that was prescribed 24 hours before. My daughter was bitten by a dog and they were lazy to help.

Overall, AMAZING customer service, Michelle was a wonderful helper. She helped me look for items with a positive attitude. I would highly recommend coming here because the customer service is great.

Experience was horrible. Staff was unhelpful. I was sent around multiple locations for my medicine. I was told by one guy with glasses to just walk to the CVS and get my medicine. I suffer from chronic pain anxiety and more. That was a careless answer and in considerate after I told them that was unacceptable. I was told oh well it's they lunch time nothing they can do. This is a horrible location especially when your dealing with medical emergency. The whole pharmacy staff was rude and brushed it off as of it want their problem because they were out for lunch

Worst pharmacy I’ve gone to so far… not sure if this guy was the manager or what …Asian guy behind the pharmacy counter…there were issues finding my prescription the girl at the counter was nice and patient however her supervisor was not ..kept cutting me off and trying cut off the conversation.. just because he was frustrated about not finding my prescription..does he not realize that people aren’t picking up prescriptions for fun …maybe have some patients and be willing to help…left in tears and had to send my husband back.. never again coming home to this location.

Watch the expiration date , they gave me a medicine for my kid to used for the same month that it was going to expire , a medicine that he wasn’t gonna finish within the month . Went to the pharmacy to talk to a supervisor he told me that the medication wasn’t supposed to even get out from the store and to tossed it, days later that I went the manager said I could’ve used it till the end of the month . And they didn’t wanted to replace it .

Been to this Walgreens today shopping for vitamins. I went to the pharmacy department to ask questions about which vitamins
should I get. As the nurse seen me on line waiting for her to come to the window. This black pharmacy clerk ignored me and refused to serve me. she helped others besides me. I found this very rude manner and racist. I got tired of waiting in line, that she saw me walked away. I will never come here again. This was very horrible, and disrespectful to be treated like this by a Walgreens pharmacy employee to a customer. ??

I would rate them a zero I tried calling the pharmacy and kept being put on hold the hung up on twice , I got very frustrated and wanted to speak to the manager and was put on hold twice again, different people answering the phone ridiculous, rude and unprofessional staff.

They sold me a gift card for amazon that had been fraudulently tampered with and would not return my money back. I literally hadn't left the store when I found out and asked for a refund and they refused. The manager had no empathy, and wasn't willing to look over security tapes and pushed me out the door. I had to battle with Amazon for a month to get get a refund. I think the manager of this store is in on the fraud that may be happening with their gift cards.
