Meh it's just another corporate pharmacy the staff is nice enough. The automated system glitches and they run out of meds but it's easier to get put on hold than CVS. They need more staff

Avoid this Walgreens Pharmacy. There's few competent employees. I understand long lines and having to train new people, so waiting is not an issue but I have had multiple issues where they miscount my medication and don't take accountability. I have been coming to this specific one for years but this was my last straw. It is inexcusable to have this happen multiple times when the amount is clearly stated on my prescription. Ridiculous.

You can't get anyone live to ask if they have something available or not before driving down. I needed a over the counter Covid test. The system would not answer my question or talk to anyone. Terrible customer service!

During a recent visit to this area my wife and daughter "absolutely needed" some items that they forgot for this trip.Walgreens was within eye shot of a place we had lunch so we stopped and much to my surprise they got everything they wanted.Check out was quick and we were there maybe 10mins!

I read the reviews and was very nervous to pick up my prescription from this pharmacy! However, my dermatologist told me the CVS up charges a lot for their medication's and so she recommends picking it up from a different pharmacy which led me to Walgreens. I currently don't take any medication's besides this new prescription so I was hesitant after reading the reviews. But the pharmacy staff was super helpful and quick. It only took me around five minutes of waiting for them to contact my insurance to make sure I have a low co-pay for my prescription which is notoriously expensive. The pharmacist was super knowledgeable and explain to me all the side effects that could come along with taking this medication. I have to continue to pick up this medication for the next six months so I will continue to update this review with my experience at this pharmacy.

I am starting to get EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED with this store! I use the app to order ALL of my medications. I have told them time and time again to exclude me from the automated refill process. I AM GETTING SICK & TIRED OF GETTING TEXT MESSAGES SAYING I HAVE MEDICATIONS READY WHEN I DID NOT ORDER ANY! The pharmacist says they're taking me off the list but it immediately happens again, over and over. I'm sick and tired of Walgreens catering to stupid people, I AM NOT a computer illeterate, I am highly organized. Then the Walgreens app. Today it was IMPOSSIBLE to log on. If I change devices in my Google account I get a text message requiring I put in a code. I HATE 3-way authentication, particularly when both devices are on the same account. This pharmacy is going downhill quick! If it continues much longer I will be forced to change pharmacies even though it's a major hassle to do so.Wake up Walgreens and toss out your current operating proceedures. I could care less about your profits! I want you to follow my orders precisely and NOTHING ELSE! Oh and maybe fix the app too?

I was on hold for 10 minutes waiting to talk to someone in the pharmacy. They picked up the phone then hung up on me. I called back and have now been holding for 25 minutes!!!

This place has gone downhill since Vivian left. I was ever so lucky to come in contact with Bilal, the pharmacy manager. When going to fill my prescription, he called me suspicious twice because I had to switch pharmacies. I just moved back to San Diego and was not about to drive a 10 hour round trip to pick up my prescriptions. When asking him if he had checked my cures (the National drug monitoring site) he stated he had, however when I asked him a further question, it was clear he had not. I'm a chronic pain patient and have been filling this combination of medication for years, including at this store while Vivian was there. I called corporate, spoke with the manager of the store who apologized profusely, as did corporate. I wanted an apology from him specifically. I just got off the phone with him and the apology was 'I'm sorry you feel that way but I'm not filling your prescriptions'. Here's the thing, that's the most backhanded apology I have ever received, including from my toddler nephew. Corporate will be getting another call Monday as well as his licensure entity for violating HIPAA in discussing my prescriptions loudly with other customers behind me in the store. The kicker is they had gotten clearance from my doctor to fill all of them, and they filled two but not the other one. Make that make sense. I had JUST gotten out of the hospital (as i said, chronically ill and on my way out, which you can't tell by looking at me but you can tell by the fact I've spent more days in the hospital this year than my own home), this is the last thing i need to be dealing with. What a disgusting mess Walgreens has created in hiring this man. I stated multiple times to not even worry about the rx, it's the disgusting attitude that I was more worried about. That was all they were focused on, not the fact that I was humiliated by this man in the middle of a store for picking up my prescriptions that I've been on for years. Read the other reviews on here about this man, they aren't great. Walgreens- DO BETTER.

Been to a lot of pharmacies, and this is by far the worst ever! You get notifications saying your prescription is ready and when you show up, they are not. Person behind the counter smiles, and says the notifications aren’t always accurate! Call on the phone and get hung up on repeatedly. Minimum of one hour wait anytime you go here. These things happen repeatedly. Time to switch.

I have been exclusive to Walgreens for over five years and having traveled across much of the country in that time I have visited a plethora of Walgreens. My experience at this location stands apart from all others because of two individuals. Priscilla and Glenn!! Priscilla offered support as I was wondering the aisles looking for a broom, demonstrating friendlyness and enthusiasum. Priscilla introduced me to Glenn so that I could be helped with defective eyeglasses I have purchased two days earlier. Glenn was friendly respectful and extremely efficient. Finally I had an eminent need to utilize the restroom and having been in California for 3 months have come to realize that utilizing public restrooms is daunting due to the lack of access(to my chagrin public restrooms have a curfew here in California coupled with a verbose distrust in those seeking to utilize the restroom). It sounds strange to be grateful for someone guiding you to the restroom without hesitation however in California it has become necessary. You have done a service to yourself and your team choosing to employ Priscilla and Glenn! Please celebrate their success with your team!

Absolutely horrible customer service with wait times to match. Whomever is in charge of staff hiring should be fired.

Had the not so pleasurable experience of being "helped" by Bilal the pharmacist. He treated me like a child and a criminal all at the same time by telling me to sit down multiple times and then denying me service when he was too busy to take the time to find my prescription. He told me he wouldn't help me because I used a word he wasn't so fond of. It's called freedom of speech, he should look it up. Meanwhile I was able to go to another pharmacy and get it filled within minutes.

if I could I would give it a 0. This pharmacy is the worst. they never have your scrips ready. The drive up is always crowded with people taking Covid tests and holding everyone else up. they should have two lanes. it is too bad another pharmacy does not have a crime up window. my doctor called in a prescription and three days later still not filled. I had to go in and question them and wait 45 minutes while they liked it. stay far far away from this place.
