Soooo freaking slow....i called ahead for a prescription 40 mins ahead and it still wasn't ready and then it took them another 30 minutes to get it ready!! I hate this place. I wish Rite Aid hadn't closed.

Sheila and the rest of the staff are wonderful and helpful! This Walgreens location is very friendly and a great place to shop.

Terrible trying to rely on them for anything Pharmacy related. Meds are out of stock frequently which then requires the patient to call and get another Walgreens involved, then additional phone calls to the doctors office, then having to remember to switch the Pharmacy back to the original location for the next order. Not to mention I don't understand why I have to explain to a pharmacist what my medical diagnosis is EVERY time I pick up my medication (for almost a year now), it's not their business and feels like a HIPPA violation.

Great pharmacy experience! They call when your Rx is ready for pickup and they do have a pick up window. Great selection of just about everything you'd expect from Walgreens. Great prices, too! This is our "go to" pharmacy and highly recommended!

Pharmacy hung up on me twice after waiting 10+ mins to just speak with someone. Didn't even have the courtesy to pick up and simply ask for me to hold for a few more mins, they just ended the call for no reason. Absolutely ridiculous. Go somewhere else and definitely DON'T CALL if you want any service at all.

Requested Rx delivery the first time. After giving all information asked, including home address, I was assured of same day delivery since I had credit card on file.No other information was requested.Delivery was not made!

Walked in 5 min to 10 and was told they are closed. I just wanted to buy cough medicine for my baby. I get that they are about to close but I could have easily been out in less than 5m. Guy at the front wouldn’t let me even when I explained I would be out before close. I would rather just go to CVS down the street now.

I came for one item. And one item only. Capsaicin. They had absolutely none on the shelf. Not that they were out of stock. There were no labels for it or the generic brand. There wasn't anybody that was able to help us but I'm pretty sure the creep that kept walking up and down the aisle kept watching me as I selected items to read off the active ingredient worked there. Although it was obvious he was looking when I would look at him he would turn his head and walk off the other direction. He definitely wasn't a customer as he wasn't paying attention to any other items in the store except the ones I was reading. Waste a payroll if you ask me. Anyway, I proceed to the front of the store and grabbed a bag of gummy bears before I approach the cashier to purchase. The cashier who was very well dressed but seemed to have the attention span of a beetle couldn't answer my question of the capsaicin product I was looking for. Staring off into space it appeared all he could mutter out was "I don't know" after the second time I asked him... Went to Rite-aid and found some on sale. They had it on sale BOGO 50% off, only 1 on the self but still gave me the discount on it anyway. Probably won't go to Walgreens for anything again...

First the phone has the hours of the pharmacy wrong. Says they reopen from lunch at 2 but it is 2:15. Fix your message. Second the pharmacy customer service sucks. They are rude and you won’t get your prescription quickly ever. Even the drive thru line is slow. Id say it is staffing issues due to Covid but it was like that before Covid.

This Walgreens Pharmacy used to be a great place full of knowledgeable, helpful people.Recently a man started working there (he refuses to give his name) who felt it was ok to humiliate me, interrogate me, and tell me how long my prescriptions should last and made decisions for me on his own. He has caused me great pain and humiliation. He hung up on me when he realized he had to fill my prescriptions whether he liked me or not. I was then overcharged by nearly 30.00 for the same rx he originally refused to pass on to the pharmacist for refill. This new guy is a cashier who feels he has a say in my healthcare.I have complained about the privacy violation, the obvious misogyny, and the theft but even corporate Walgreens doesn’t care.I have tried to call the manager, Nikki, who left a voicemail but suddenly no one knows who I’m talking about when I ask for her.I now have to go battle these people regarding MY private business. I’m getting my RX list and the money they stole and NEVER going back.

Don't get a covid test here.My test was lost. Walgreens is blaming the Aegis lab, the lab needs a tracking number for the shipment, Walgreens doesn't have tracking records. At least that's the story I got. Don't waste your time.

One of the worst experiences of my life, extremely rude and irritable over the simplest of questions. Obviously needs some anger management classes. The manager should be embarrassed of herself.
