I was looking to add more green to my wardrobe. My home store off Calle Barcelona didn’t have what I needed so I visited this location. After perusing for a hot minute I found Francesca finishing up with another customer and she assisted me in finding a Kashmir Strato Tech long sleeve and showed me a couple of others. Wasn’t able to find much more green but came home with a fabulous dark salt Ponto long sleeve. All the staff were amazing and continue to amaze me at the level of service Vuori provides.

The customer service here is like no other! From just taking one step into the store, everyone that works at this location is so friendly and willing to help. Natalie went above and beyond to order a low stock item in my size. It’s no exaggeration when I say that I have never experienced this customer service anywhere else. Plus their products are amazing!!

Fashion Valley Pop UPI stopped in on July 14, 2023 and was assisted by Julissa-Sales Assoc. who was fantastic. She was friendly and outgoing along with knowing the Vuori brand styles very well. I returned the following day with my mother and worked with Julissa again having such an amazing experience and bought some additional clothing. Julissa is an example of what all your associates should strive to be a Shining STAR!Tammy K.

First time in the vuori store and hands down 13/10 service. Shoutout to Julio for answering all my questions and even recommending some styles that met my needs. The rest of the crew was great during my visit! Would definitely recommend to anyone to pay this location a visit! Thanks again Julio for your help! Hands down best customer service ever! I stained my shirt and they told me I could exchange it for a new one. Crazy I know! Everyone was professional and real helpful. Definitely could tell they love there job. Most comfortable clothes ever and best customer service.

I am addicted to Vuori!! I cannot get enough of their clothes! Anything I have ever bought from Vuori has been absolutely top notch, super soft, and high enough quality to wear to the office if needed, but perfect for casual wear too. I LOVE the Meta Pants and have 3 pairs, and their hats and the shorts are perfect for workouts too! The Ponto Short is literally the SOFTEST piece of clothing you will ever put on!!!The store is immaculate and great location! There are a ton of friendly and knowledgeable staff, and I never felt rushed. They make returns super easy too. Cannot recommend Vuori enough, the comfiest athleisure brand out there!!

Frankly, I'm obsessed with Vuori. You thought your lulus were soft, try on a pair of performance joggers and you'll know what soft really is. The Vuori store itself is great! It's located in the shopping center near the Sky Deck end. The store can be popping on the weekends but they've got lots of employees that are super friendly and helpful. They were quick to ask us if we needed help and offer suggestions. Another huge huge HUGE plus to this store is how easy the returns are. We accidentally ordered the wrong size of an item at a discounted price but they didn't have any in store. They were able to quickly return them and reorder the right size online to be shipped to our house and still reflect the discount. Obsessed with being comfy and getting to lounge in the best athleisure!

I love the softness of all their clothes; especially the t-shirts and sweats. They are made from the highest quality materials. A little on the expensive side, but worth it because they wear so well.

I came into this location for an exchange and had such a wonderful experience in store with Kim and Gabriel! Kim did a great job helping me find the item I was looking to exchange. We were not able to find the exact item but she gave me a great recommendation for an item that was similar to what I was looking for. She also did a wonderful job showing me items she really enjoyed and pointing out new colors in store. Gabriel was so great up at cash helping with my exchange! The exchange process does take some time, but he walked me through what he was doing every step of the way and was so easy to talk to. He even recommended some other products that he knows other women in store love! You can tell both of these individuals love what they do and are proud to be working for Vuori! Highly recommend shopping at this location :)

I've been wanting to upgrade from Lululemon because their selections hasn't been the best so I decided to check out Vuori. I was impressed with the layout of the store and every sales associate on the floor was so welcoming and helpful. Gabriel went above and beyond to find the right leggings for me and made great suggestions about their mens collection. I'm super excited for my new workout attire.

I usually don't write reviews but this time I thought I would take the time and give recognition where recognition is due! I had a gift that was the wrong size. The problem was that this specific item was only available online (which I did not know until I got to the store). I was not sure if a size down would be the right call so Gabe (Gabriel, the shift supervisor) offered an elegant solution to my problem. He suggested I try on a different shirt that had the same cut. I found out the size down was the way to go. And since it was a gift and only available only, he reached out to their customer service so that I would be taken care of and able to purchase the shirt online without any problems! Thanks for the assist Gabe!
