My son is all about minecraft. I gave a shot even though I didn't like grocery chain bakery. I was shocked when I received my cake today. Im sure my kid can do better than this.

Two ladies' employees working at Floral were very rude & very unfriendly. They both did not want to help me at all. No greetings what so ever & when I did try to ask for help, they looked at me like I was bothering them. I tried to ask for a price for an item that was in their area, but she said "oh you have to go scanned it over there," pointing at the other registries. I said, "Can't she help me?", pointing to the other lady that was with her at floral Registry. She then said, "Oh no, she can't help you. She is in the computer right now, " and just walked away. I was looking for a special birthday gift for my sister, but I ended up just leaving because I didn't want to buy from people where I am treated poorly.
Also, when I went to pay for a small pastrie, I was trying to put my number in for points. The cashier seemed annoyed that It was taking a few seconds of his time. So it moved to the next screen, didn't even give me a chance to put my number in. I told him, "Can I put my number in, please?" He then said "sure but it won't do anything." With an annoyance look in his face. I was thinking, what is the point of having a membership card then?
I honestly regret going into this store. They made me feel so unwelcome, like how dare I bother them. I would rather drive an extra mile to go get my groceries where I am treated better than this.

The cashier man around 60 was so rude to customer. I wouldn’t want to be back to this store.

Would be helpful to have more than 1 cashier when all the self check outs are busy with many people waiting in line.

We just witnessed elderly abuse at this store by the checker and manager Cindy. The impatience witnessed was inexcusable. The poor woman was struggling with which card to pay with and there was no empathy given to her. We won't be shopping here again.

John is nice and helpful but his other managers particular one are terrible. They say they are too busy to help and just blows you off ..the deli is terrible but just asking for something is like putting them off..no more vons for me as my new store treats me great

Gosh.. I love my local Vons on Bernado Center Dr in RB.. the people deserve a 5+ star. What's becoming frustrating to me is your Just4U program. You recently changed that on the pick 4 for better pricing in individual items. I go to buy chips that have tags under it at $2.99 mix & match then next to it is pretzels buy 4 mix & match $2.99. However I can't mix & match those. Only chips or only pretzels. It drives me crazy! I hate getting up to the register having to check my receipt after checkout as I either misunderstood your deals or it wasn't inputted correctly in the system. I have used this program since the day it started.. please stay consistent. If I am missing something... please respond to this & I will contact you to discuss. The register people say they are frustrated with it as well so I know you have changed something

Don't ever order from this Store!!! They were over 1 hour late delivering my groceries and they do not answer their phones. I tried every extension and no one answers the phone!! Horrible customer service

This is my go-to grocery store. The manager, John is super nice and talks to everyone while working very hard. The isles are always clean and well stocked. The checkout personnel are very nice, specifically Danessa, Bonnie, and Linda. The baggers are smart with how they bag the groceries and the employees who get the carts are always working hard. The store is always being stocked with new and fresh groceries.

The cashier and the bagger who checked me out st Vons located at Bernardo Plaza were not nice and seemed hating their job. The guy threw the item down after scanning. He did it in a way that he was in a hurry to get rid of one more customer. The bagger woman was rude. She didn't seem like to hear that I needed three bags, her expression told everything. She hated to work there. If both work for me, I sent them for training first. If no improvement, let them go. Their job is to help and keep customers, not to drive them somewhere else. I tell them here, if you don't like your job, just quit. I am on my vacation here. Seeing these two unhappy faces make trip a little unpleasant.
