Do not recommend this vons bakery to order cakes. The last few times I've ordered a cake they have not called me to tell me they can not make the cake or their system is down. Or they just didn't make the order, I show up to get the cake and they said they didn't do it. I am so unhappy with them. I ordered days in advance and this still happened. The managers did nothing to fix this issue either !

Trisha is the absolute BEST manager here! The deli said they were close & would take my order. Trisha told the deli they're incorrect, the dell's open until 9pm, not 8pm. Trisha apologized to me about it. Thank you Trisha!

I've been shopping at this location for 5 years, most employees are helpful and kind. However, Zoraima one of the cashier's is probably the rudest person I have ever encountered. I usually try to avoid her line when I'm there, but today it could not be avoided. Never said hello, never said thank you. But she was quite pleasant to everyone else. Perhaps her fake eyelashes were falling in her eyes that caused issues, but to be this rude to a customer is unacceptable and inappropriate.

You have to walk around and find your food then pay for it . Then take it home and cook it yourself.

Ridiculously expensive for dry cleaning! Charged me $17 for a belt that was part of a dress.

Beer selection is horrible! They keep changing the beer selection so when you go in there for something its never in stock.

Maybe if I update negatively Everytime I see someone's pet around food I would like to buy they will stop letting people with dogs in. Today an employee was just chatting with someone about their dog instead of asking them to not have it in the store like is posted on the door Update again more dogs in the store again

Just got stereotyped at Self-checkout for being black. There were 3 white and one asian man at self-checkout and the lady watching over was talking and laughing with her co-worker. The moment I showed up they stopped chatting and the lady walked right behind me and started looking at what I was ringing up. I make 160k a year and was charging my tesla just outside. I worked way too hard to be treated like this from a 10$ an hour Vons clerk…I went up to ask her for a bag and she had a nasty attitude and look on her face. There is no place for stores like this in the world….1:00PM on 2/13/24

Just an update to my review. It's a regular Sunday. Vons is once again out of water. This happens about 1/3 of the time we visit this store. We're not talking lock-down rush, hide the TP end of the world times. Just a regular weekend day and they can't be bothered to stock their shelves. But maybe it's the weekend rush, you say? Nope. They run out on any day ending in "y." It would be funny were it not the only major supermarket for the community. Year
