Checkout is always slow. Products expired or near expiring. Cashiers chat with each other and slow down the process consistently. Was hoping the remodel would make management decided to revamp their team but they haven’t. I hate shopping here but it’s the closest to my house.

Today I went into Vons to return items I had just bought an hour ago met with Dario at checkout line 2, and he lied to my face telling me he was unable to give me a refund without a receipt. I had told him I used a debit card to pay for my items. He said he still wasn’t able to do it. Then I went to go find my receipt once I found it went to him again and he said he refused to do it that a manager had to do it, and that he would’ve never done it without a receipt. He was very unprofessional he could’ve told me the truth, and I would’ve understand that without a receipt it would’ve taken a lot longer to return the items. He clearly needs to work on his customer service his Integrity needs to be checked. Very disappointed With the Vons due to his Lack of professionalism he should just push cards around and bag the items with that kind of attitude.

Store is great. Very clean and stocked. Most visits are pleasant. Unfortunately there is at least one rotten apple. ?
Immensely rude cashier , Jackie. This woman will roll her eyes and tell you to shut up!! Long story... in short, I witnessed her attitude towards a customer behind me. When I stood up for the poor guy I received the same treatment from her. Just ignoring me. She welcomed us to shop elsewhere because she was not going to hurry up. No one asked her to, so I don't know where that came from. I will not stop shopping there as everyone else there including the wonderful Starbucks staff is overly friendly. Jackie I truly hope you think back and reflect on your actions. No one deserves to be treated that way. Rolling your eyes and flicking your hand at customers is not ok much less saying "shut up ".

This Vons location has been completely remodeled. It looks beautiful inside. It has always been very organized, clean, well lit. The employees are super friendly and ready to help. I have always had great experiences coming to this location. Highly recommended.

This used to be my favorite store to visit for me and my daughter I had several bad interactions with the store clerk named Cynthia I know customer service is very important, but it's very disappointing when the store clerk which was short staffed that day yelled at my daughter for bagging up the groceries I told my daughter to help her out, bagging up the groceries and she didn't even say thank you and yelled at my daughter for putting beer in my cart Store clerk, Cynthia is very rude and very unprofessional. She gives me serious attitude every time I'm in her line without any reason I will be reaching out to corporate because I don't feel comfortable going back there again. Cynthia is a horrible employee and needs to be retrained in customer service work Really wish I can give her negative stars

I got cherry pie last week, and we just opened this week, there was a lot of mold, we didn’t have receipt of course and I went to there talk about it. And they didn’t help me. Horrible communication

Grosss the deli is disgusting Found a hair in my chicken tender . I called the store and got transferred to the deli department and spoke with the manager supposedly and the women I was talking to was rude and I told her about the incident and hinged up .
