This store is in a heavily pedestrian area with an elementary school within one block and tons of college students without cars all over the place yet they completely lack pedestrian access to the property. The area on the pictures is the walkway from the elementary school to the store, there is a wire across the bushes so that people will not walk on them.
Cars turning right have to go down about 5 feet into the parking lot and the property owner, Vons, just removed the only sidewalk so they could obscure the road with high plants. High plants make visibility much much worse, especially for kids!
There will be an accident that will kill a kid and they will claim that they didn't know. So here is their one star rating. I sent a request to remediate this, but they did nothing. You now know that this is absolutely an accident waiting to happen. If it does happen then you knew and did nothing about it.

Came this morning at 9:20. Had issues with self checkout, waved at the staff, but she kept chatting on the store’s phone for minutes.

This review is just for the floral department. Aiden, the floral manager, is amazing!! She has helped me put together so many orders. My most recent one was for a friend who was retiring. The arrangements came out so beautifully and the tablescape was so pretty! Even the restaurant manager commented on how lovely it looked Thank you Aiden for always providing me with all of my floral needs! You're the BEST!

Don't recommend keto ice cream. Bought one and it was extremely Frostburnt and full of hard ice crystals.Some prices are high.It's my instant coffe is $11.99 at vons for 10.5oz. I can get the exact same one and size from Amazon prime for $9.83 delivered to my door the next day.

Good store till recently. Currently renovating, so they closed all the self checkouts, but didn’t increase the number of regular checkout isles proportionately, so lines are always hellish.

If you have an hour to kill and enjoy waiting in in line then by all means go here for groceries. It's Sunday evening, 6:00. Three of the four checkout lanes are open. At LEAST a dozen customers in each line waiting to check out. Open a fourth cash register? Of course not. CLOSE DOWN ONE OF THE OPERATING ONES so now you have only TWO open. The lines are longer, customers are more upset, dumping their purchases wherever and walking out, including me. What the hell is the management thought process? Ralph's is where I am going from now on.

Never shopping here again. I placed an online order #76173051 that I then requested for it be canceled and refunded. Someone texted me asking if I wanted a refund from that location. They then proceeded to mark the order as picked up. I contacted them and they said they had refunded the order and that I would be receiving an email. Which I never did receive an email. It has now been 10 days and no sign of refund. They robbed me of $78.23. Thank you for keeping my money that I work really hard for and that I use to feed my family.
