So I'm here in the parking lot and they closed at 1151 yet again.
STOP CLOSING EARLY
.IF YOU CLOSE AT 1151 THEN LIST CLOSING AT 1151 AND NOT 12. THIS NEEDS TO STOP.
NOTIFY MANAGER, GM, AND FRANCHIE OWNERS....STOP LISTING THAT YOU CLOSE AT 12 WHEN YOU DONT...PEOPLE ARE MAKING A RUSH TO THE DOOR TO BE HERE AND YOU ARE DENYING SERVICE ...I WITNESSED NUMEROUS PEOPLE TURNED AWAY WAY BEFORE 12.

This store allows people to STEAL and they do nothing about it.
The employees are not allowed to do anything to stop them and if they see the shoplifter again they are trained to, "GREET" them.
This is insanity! What has the world come to?
If they had at least some enforcement, security guards, anything to prevent this, maybe we wouldn't see such high prices as we are seeing. Shrinkage = Higher prices!
We're done shopping this Vons until they clean up their act.
Why should I have to pay these high prices and police the store?.
So much for all those cameras. They are useless if no one is watching or doing anything about it and there is no consequence for their actions.
You do not see this at other stores to this degree.
It seems knowing Vons does nothing about these types of crimes, it only encourages more theft.
Shame on you Vons! You truly deserve to go out of business.
You've had 50 years in Clairemont. We want something else!

This used to be my favorite store in the neighbourhood. Good variety in the store. Friendly people at the check out but the service at the deli counter leaves much to be desired. Long wait times and not very friendly.

Lady at checkout told me to shut up accuse me of being undercover bc I accidentally brought my expired license instead of my new one. I’m 32 yrs old.

I'm very confused with this store. it says clear as day on the door that it is midnight that it closes but then the security guard say it's 11:45pm. I don't care when they to close but don't say it is midnight when it's actually 11:45 pm that way people don't waste their time going there when they could go somewhere else that does close at midnight.

I hope this gets to the manager at Vons. I visit Vons often. I go to the deli, because the food is generally pretty good. Lately I have started to visit the deli more often because of one employee that is kind of new. I found his name is Josh H. and he gives exceptional service. Before I started, dealing with Josh H. service was mediocre at best. This young man is professional, and always has a smile. I hope he is recognized because he is one of the best employees in Vons.
