Tried to by patties on this sale good through the 9th of July, it's the 5th as I write. Asked the butcher if it was 10 patties for $10, or 10 patties for $1. Butcher confirmed it was 10 packages for $10, so 10 patties for 1.01.
Took them to the front only to be told it was 10 patties for $10. Fine. Didn't want to argue. Had them take the rest back, decided to keep 1 package.
Price still didn't come through, cashier sent for price check. New cashier comes through and says the price is 11.99. She says there never was a sale, then says the sale was over. I ask about the price tag, she says there was never a price tag that said there was a sale.
Whatever, didn't buy it, paid for the rest of my stuff, and went back. The price tag was still there under the burger patties. No idea what they were looking at.

Overall great store but check the prep food because they won’t refund or exchange even if you have a receipt the staff at the deli gave me a battle they didn’t not want to help Mike the manager did not want to come out neither smh! My salad had no chicken I bought a full sandwich the bacon was raw didn’t notice till I was half way through the sandwich good thing I didn’t get sick I had to cook my bacon at home …..always check your food

The new hire that’s in self checkout is rude and lacks training in performing her job and duties. Gave attitude when we had a issue and throw her hands up and said I don’t know can’t help and when we asked to speak with her manager she refused to get him and told us to leave. The manager finally came after we refused to leave and quickly fixed the issue the machine was having. She needs to be removed and relocated or properly trained. This isn’t the first time customers have issues with her.

I don’t often write bad reviews, but I won’t be back. Ordered party trays to only get scolded by Doug for not answering his call when I was in the store to pick up. He then told me several times that I parked in the wrong spot. I’m just trying to get to my party and be helpful coming in to get the trays… nope yelled at

This Vons is beyond terrible. The prices are ridiculously high just so they can put things "on sale" for the price they should be. But the sales are also difficult to process. A few of them are still usual sales, but now there are a huge amount of "it's on sale but only if you buy a massive amount" and "it's on sale but ONLY if you use your account" and also "it's on sale but you have to use the Vons app and scan the barcode then decipher the offer and see if you're actually getting the right thing (usually there's a catch or you have to buy some combination of items to get the actual sale)".
There are almost literally zero carts in the entire store. Not in the cart storage at the doors. Not in the cart corrals out in the parking lot. Not even really with people shopping in the store. And the few that you can find almost all have wheel locks that are broken and can't actually be used. You would think a grocery store would want to make it so you can shop there, but this Vons has apparently somehow lost that piece of wisdom.
Avoid and go somewhere else.

For months now there have never been any carts to use. I limit my shopping to one or two needed items because. I understand the issue with the carts. What I don't understand is why they haven't replaced them. Terribly incovienent for the customers. I'll return when the cart situation is fixed.

This is the worst possible Vons you can go to . The bakery messes everything up . Nothing is fresh and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with . They messed up a birthday cake entirely and refused to make it right . They just covered it up with a bunch more frosting completely ruining the cake .

This is the worst Vons you could possibly go to . Everything in the bakery is old and stale . The customer service is a joke , they messed up a birthday cake and when I asked if they can fix it the supervisor at guest services just laughed . He'd rather be mean to you than fix the issue . Do not come here the ambiance is really bad .

The Robots are coming my people and this would be a great place to kickoff some automation. The DELI here is THE WORST I've ever encountered. I thought the last time was a one off but found the problem persists. I think a few of them have cognitive challenges, and I'm not being funny. From putting cooked food away slowly, I'm not talking safely, I'm talking leisurely putting stuff away with NO CONCERN for the customer at the counter. Watch the look on their faces even, like you are invisible and can wait as long as they'd like you to. I've gone there and asked for items at the counter, only to have the employee NOT UNDERSTAND what it is i wanted. And I'm articulate, as you can tell. So it's not that... I feel like the deli EMPLOYEES actually GASLIGHT customers at the counter by picking up the SAME WRONG ITEMS over and over, while pretending to not understand. It's like a game to them, or so it seems. I try NEVER to COME HERE during lunch because I've had it happen more than once now, so it's NEVER A GOOD OPTION and I have regretted going each and every time...
LOOK HOW MANY BAD REVIEWS ARE ABOUT THIS DELI? I IMAGINE AT THIS POINT THE STORE MANAGER DOESN'T CARE, OR HAS NO COMMITMENT TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER.
