Store is very well kept , maintained and stocked. Always find my products in order and presentable manner. Never had to wait long at check out line. I shop here often and not one inconvenience.

I want to start off by saying the store is very well stocked most of the staff are great and I was going to give five stars until I made the mistake of going to the deli to order a sandwich Man this was a mistake I guess I should have opened my phone to look at the reviews first All I wanted was a quick lunch It didn't happen It created an argument. First they looked at me like I was stupid when I asked for a sandwich as if making a sandwich was a gigantic task. Next I had to ask multiple times for them to make me one and then they pointed at the case where they were premade and said you could buy one there That's not what I wanted a soggy pre-made sandwich that has been sitting there four days for $10 for 3-in sandwich no thank you. I asked again could I please have a homemade sandwich I was told no they don't feel like making them and they said management says if they don't feel like making them they don't have to What in the hell what do you do with all that food just throw it out well I guess Jersey Mike's got my business I will not be returning to this vines I will be going to Midway from now on The rudeness of the people from this deli made me never want to return to the store I have been in the restaurant business my whole life. I am pretty sure they are working in there to serve the customers food. If I ever had any employees treat customers like that I would fire them on the spot. I don't blame the employees I blame the shitty managers

I have been going into Vons on Garnet with my work Team for lunch recently, most of the store is great but stay away from the deli ! They are very disrespectful and rude and racist. My Boss and my team have tried to order sub sandwiches a few times and they bluntly told us he'll no and laughed and stared at us while we wasted our whole lunch waiting and received nothing. I am unsure what the issue with us is . Just put up a sign if you are closed that simple . bad ppl adding to the already rotting world

Stay away from the deli if they do make you a sandwich they will be pissed that they have to make it and it won't be good I wonder how much food they throw away every week

Don't go to the deli they won't serve you Even if they're open they refuse to make you sandwiches. I went today and I was refused by the little dweeb behind the counter He didn't know how to make a sandwich Don't know why they hired him but they refused to make a sandwich at the DELI.
I would really love to know how that makes any sense but after reading the reviews I see that multiple people have problems at this store with the deli and management just doesn't know how to do their job

I am not sure what has been going on in the deli but i have been bringing in my work team for lunch and the vons deli crew has been refusing to make us sandwiches simply because they do not feel like it ... this has happened at least 4 times now .What is going on here? does this store no longer make fresh sandwiches for customers? or do they just not want to make them for us ?

The store manager is a real witch. She treats her employees like junk. Also I think she might be bi polar.

The employees here need to be let go and they need to start hiring competent and more respectful people starting with the manager. And they need a bigger team.

Great food, produce, fruits/veggies. Tons of traffic. Always busy which is expected in this area. The bathrooms are the only reason it's not 5 stars. I feel bad for the staff working there if they have to use the one I did.

This is the main Von’s I go to for groceries and I frequently do Drive-Up orders. Pam is always the one who helps me and she is so attentive to detail! She notices the little things and I really appreciate it!

I wanted to buy some fried chicken and salad. The Mexican inside seemed to be only responsible for working and not selling anything. I asked him to help me get the fried chicken, but he just looked at me coldly and continued to fiddle with his fried chicken, ignoring me, as if his job was not to sell products. Their staff were just displaying products. Things here can only be viewed, not bought. Bad review.
