Staff is not allowed to confirm pump number when paying cash… their rude attitude is normally the cost for cheap(er) gas, but not being able to confirm a pump? That’s stupid.

Scammers! Charging credit price for cash! When I went back in and told the woman, she said “well if you lift the nozzle up before the machine receives the data from the register then it can’t set the price to the cash price”. This is BS because she checked me out and I had to walk all the way back to my pump, open my gas door and cap and grab the pump. Plenty of time for the machine to reset the price. How many people are unknowingly getting ripped off this way? Terrible!

I’d like to comment on Noel who works at the Vons gas station at Garnet Avenue and Jewel Street. He is the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with in regard to customer service. I did not know how to work the air machine to fill the tires on my car. I also was uncertain how to measure the pressure. He walked me over to the air pump and gave me clear instructions and went through it step-by-step. In addition to the immediate help I needed he offered Future services and told me anytime I need help just come in and ask him and he’ll come out and help me with it. Today I went in again and needed assistance with getting my discount and using cash. Once again he walked me over to the pump and showed me step-by-step what I needed to do. It is obvious that you are putting great emphasis on excellent customer service and Noel is certainly a wonderful example of that. He’s patient, courteous, professional, and appropriately friendly. He seems to have a great knowledge on how everything works at this particular location and I will continue to buy gas here and will refer Friends And family to the same location. I felt like I stepped back in time when in the old days they used to come out and clean your windows check your oil and your tires and pump your gas. I realize we live in the 21st century and especially with Ai, it’s not necessary, but above and beyond customer service goes a very long way and is the very reason I felt compelled to write this referral. I don’t know when his review comes up, but I hope this is included customer service like this is very far and few between. Thank you management for your choice of an excellent hire and thank you Noel for all your help. You’re awesome!

When I get gas, I'm generally indifferent or met with poor customer service. However, since I recently started working in the area, I've found that this station has better prices than most and great customer service. Every day I come here, I'm greeted by smiling faces and speedy service, with employees like these, getting gas is enjoyable - a sentence I never thought I'd say! Special shoutout to the employee who helped me today, Akira (I'm horrible with names, so I probably got that wrong!). The three employees there today made filling up a pleasure. Keep up the great work. You guys & girl are awesome.

The customer service at this gas station and convenience store is unparalleled. The men who work at this store are consistently genuine, kind, helpful, hardworking, wonderful humans. I’ve been coming here frequently for years and they always elevate my mood and make me feel good as a result of their good-naturedness. Shoutout to Nolan and Jose, both are always working so hard and doing it with a smile.

I found a wallet in the parking lot of this gas station I went in to tell the clerk he began to argue with me about the solution to the situation, then told me to f off and get the f out of his store. Super unprofessional.
