Showed up on a Friday for my meds. They didn’t have them, said to come back Monday after the new shipment comes in. Returned Monday only to be told “we can’t order it.” Pharmacist could not have cared less, told me to call my doctor and get something else prescribed. Lovely service, truly.

I had to go to this pharmacy because mine was out of my medication, and they completely shamed me for the medications I have to take, IN FRONT of other customers. Pretty sure that’s a HIPAA violation. I’ve had a chronic illness for 25 years after being hurt by a doctor, and it causes constant, severe pain, as well as a myriad of other symptoms. Because of this, I have always had to take many medications to even be able to get out of bed. They made me explain my disease to them twice, in front of other customers, even though I had just come from my doctor who prescribes the same medication for me, every single month. Then, the pharmacist came over, looked at me, and said loudly, “these are for HER???”. It was humiliating, I almost started to cry right there. I just said, yes they’re for me, I have Adhesive Arachnoiditis, and am in horrific pain every second of every day. They finally filled my medication after humiliating me I’m front of the line of people. I will never go here again, I don’t deserve to be treated that way, I’ve done nothing wrong, and it’s not my fault that I have to take medication to function. They should treat people like human beings, and currently they really do not do so.

There is one person there that just cannot get it right. Either she needs more training or pay more attention about prescriptions orders. Twice she has cancelled my orders and filled the incorrect prescription. She is also not very nice when she approaches clients. The rest of the pharmacist are very nice but this lady for some reason doesn't know what she is doing and has no customer service skills.

Every time I call this pharmacy (during normal business hours and not lunch breaks) they hang up on me. Sometimes they hang up on me right away. Sometimes they immediately put me on hold for 5-10 minutes THEN hang up on me. They at LEAST could answer the phone ask me to wait. It is incredibly unprofessional to behave like this toward customers and patients.

This is the best pharmacy I have been to! The people who work here are really kind and good at communicating and answering any questions. It is a good place to get vaccines too, and a few times after getting my vaccines, they gave me a coupon for like 10% off my grocery shopping. So convenient!

This pharmacy and the previous staff was top notch. Now all these new employees are PAINFULLY SLOW. And they don't seem to have any any kind of urgency. Definitely will move my prescriptions elsewhere. Too bad.

It's what you'd expect from a pharmacy. I've never run into outrageous lines and service is reasonably quick. I have had period issues with failed robo-call reminders. I'd like them to somehow identify who's prescription is ready in multiple customer households

i've lived in the area for 25 years and have shopped at this vons for quite awhile. i made a trip this evening with an emailed gift card that was sent to me as a gift... the directions for the gift card is to print it out and to present it to the cashier. i bought my groceries and wanted to use but scanner did not work and they told me that there is nothing they can do. i told them that i called the gift card service and it tells me that there is a balance of $75.00 in that gift card and one of the workers told me no there is nothing we can do, we can't use that gift card and to give them a different form of payment. they also told me that maybe i can go to the library to get it reprinted! she said there might be something wrong with my printer and to clean it? this is unacceptable! why would u disregard everything i said and try to handle it a different way. instead you urge me to go to the library to reprint this e gift card. i'm so embarrassed and i don't think i'll ever come back to this vons again.
