I have been there a few times for over the counter medicines for my kids. The pharmacy employees there are quite helpful, they provide suggestions that are helpful.

This store used to be one of the best, but has degenerated into the worst. They have no products on their shelves. Their bakery and deli is a joke with garbage meats and baked goods, and NONE of the employees or managers show any interest in helping you find anything. The whole baked chickens looked disgusting and the mashed potatoes were horrible. The meat department had hardly any items and what they did have was ridiculously overpriced compared to other stores. Even the cheesecake we bought was inedible. And the floors were dirty. AVOID THIS DUMP AT ALL COSTS.

Solid Vons location. Very spacious and clean. Abundant parking. Practically empty on a Monday evening. Clean restrooms. Straightforward check out.

What happen to the other employees that use to work here? They were very helpful in bagging the groceries the last two years. Today, I bagged my owned groceries. A total of four full bags and over one hundred dollars worth of groceries spent. (INCENTIVE)....They should give customers a DISCOUNT for bagging their own groceries. If I didn't do it, it probably would be sitting on counter still and there will obviously be a LONG LINE! Time to go back to Trader Joe's. Excellent customer service there!!!

Be careful if you buy gift cards or any other product this store sells by third party vendors. Vons does stand behind the product. I bought a gift card for my son and he opened it in the Vons parking lot. The code you need to use the card was damaged and unreadable. I walked right back in the store and was told by the manager that there was nothing they could do and my only option was to contact the gift card company directly. The would not refund for a defective product or offer any help. Horrible customer service. Shop elsewhere.

I called in today to ask the customer service if they make money order. My phone was answered by a guy who was either high or drunk who said "hello?" I asked him if he could professionally introduce himself so I know I called the right place, next thing he hang up on me. I checked the number and called again. After waiting for some time the same guy picked up same way saying "hello" in his wasted tone. I asked him if he can tell me his name and if this is Vons to which he said yes it is cons and his names "Aris" or something. He was very unprofessional and rude. I asked him to put his manager on the phone he said ok her name's Chelsea and he'll see if she's available. I waited over 15 minutes on the line he didn't even come back to tell me is she is available or not. The management should train their employees to be more professional specially when they answer the phone. Also, I'm not sure how is the Vons policy because this guy 100% sounded either drunk or high on something.

My 17 year old daughter shopped here tonight around 5:45 pm. She bought buttermilk and macaroni and cheese. She paid cash and the total was $5.78. She handed the cashier $6 and the cashier said she couldn't give her change. My daughter left the store without the change because she didn't know what to do. We are not complaining about the 22 cents. We are appalled that a cashier would take advantage of a 17 year old.

There is a freshness and quality control problem with VONS brand chicken wings. At upward of $5.49 per pound they should not be rancid, but tried 2 different $15-16 packages in 1 week and both contained RANCID inedible chicken wings. Now I'm out $16!

This location is the most convenient for us. The staff is super nice and the store is generally always clean. I dropped my rating down to 3 stars because there have been a few times when I have come home, only to discover that my dairy (mostly yogurts) products are actually expired. Sometimes it's expired by 2 weeks, sometimes more. This is simply unacceptable! I just dump it because I don't have time to go back to get a refund. Such a waste.

Wtf is this new line system. Such nonsense. You're now directed into one line. Line sometimes go past pharmacy which is a HIPPA violation waiting to happen. Will be taking my pharmacy and other needs elsewhere until they fix this crap line system. Corporate and the manager will be hearing from me later. I wish I could give vons no stars.

SHAME ON YOU! Vons has left tens of thousands of seniors hanging for their 2nd vaccine dose with NO COMMUNICATION!! I don't fault you for not having the vaccine, I fault you fir your poor communication . You send an email saying appointment cancelled and that's it! I called 4 locations and not a one seems to have a clue about when appointments will be rebooked. I'm told to keep trying! This morning I got up early to try again and you have now changed your website so that I now have the option of a two-dose vaccine or a one dose. The two-dose only allows the option of dose-one NOT DOSE TWO. I predict that Vons will lose a lot of store business from aggravated seniors. You should have stayed in the grocery business.

I come here once a week. Never any problems except for one thing. BUYING FLOWERS. They always die within a few days, and...the boquet I just got my wife for Valentine's Day -- two flowers fell off their stems -- and they looked like they might die in a few days. I swear, the Vons florist is just awful. I always tell myself I won't buy flowers there anymore (I love their bakery, and it's the grocery store that's most convenient for me), but I end up getting flowers for various occasions and I always regret it.
