Went there to get some meds for a stomach flu and headache. While the pharmacist there recommended something for the headache, he said that all they had for the stomach flu was some Pedialyte, to replace the lost fluids. Nothing for the nausea that didn't need a prescription. I had my doubts so I went over to the nearby CVS. The pharmacist there instantly gave me two different recommendations, one chewable pill, and a liquid.

There are no 24-hour Vons Pharmacies in San Diego? What am I supposed to do if I get sick when you’re closed? This company clearly doesn’t care.

The clerk at the pharmacy didn't know how to use the register, and no pharmacist was available. I complained to the manager, and then security threw me out.

Pro: N/ACon: Customer Service(lack there of) Lack of Accessibility No drive thru/curbside serviceWas originally a patient of the Riteaid down the way before they closed and transferred all RXs to this location.I am ADA. So the previous location had a drive thru. Knowing the vons this pharmacy is in I contacted them to see if there is something that can be offered? Maybe there is curbside service? On my call, the woman who answered confirmed that the rxs were transferred. As I am explaining the use of the drive thru at the previous location, she immediately responds, "we don't have a drive thru." Is there anything that can be done? "Nope. "...Well, I was never offered any curbside service if it is offered through vons. I just did not appreciate the inability to serve those who may have difficulties getting into a store for meds.Maybe create a curbside service for patients with disabilities.Cannot honestly recommends this pharmacy. Purely based on lack of ADA access and customer service over the phone.

They're okay. They rarely pick up the phone. Very friendly people in person. They are very good at getting you to shop in store while you wait for your prescription.

It doesn't matter if I use Albertsons in Palm Desert or Vons here in SD. For nearly 2 years of delivery service, they have been consistently terrible about filling orders, providing replacements, accurate refunds, or just about anything. My favorite is when I complain about getting nothing, instead of a substitution and they send me links on how to enter notes. There are notes and substitutes listed for every item. Every damn time. What, you have NO bread in the store? Are my notes that say "any size any brand ok." not specific enough? And they never pass on the delivery instructions to the 3rd party drivers either. They have to call me. Every damn time. I realize getting delivery is a wonderful thing to have. The problem is that I end up having to go to the store anyway to get what they don't send. To the same store they fulfill from. And I find the item. And no one tips me.

I Went to buy flowers and cashier number five she's African-American talking to a white girl who bags the produce... when the begging girl saw me that I put the flowers down to purchase them and kept talking to the cashier won't tell her that I'm there and when I corrected them they all looked at each other like I'm crazy and the cashier who's African American she kept making faces no customer service. So pretty much I did not get acknowledged at all and they're the one thing there right. The worst part is I saw the cashier kept making faces hope someone can say something because I don't think this is acceptable.

November 4, around 9 pm, I came with my friend to buy a beer. I showed the ID and wanted to pay for it, but suddenly the seller asked my friend's ID too. I didn't understand her. ok, no problem, I asked my friend to show the id of his country, because he is a tourist. she looked at his document and said that it was not a document for her and she would not sell us beer because we were in the line together. friend's ID was written the date of birth in English with a his photo. my friend is 32 years old, i'm 29. we have bought beer in your shop before without any problems. other sellers never asked the documents from people standing next to me. who buys alcohol-shows the document! unfortunately I didn't remember the name of the seller because I was shocked. we were very sad and left. we are not angry or conflicting people. the seller was a woman about 45 years old, dark hair, looked like a Mexican. I think that she does not know the rules for the sale of alcoholic beverages, such employees should not work there. do something anyway! because such employees kill a wish to go to your store again! if you want I can come to your store and show her.

I usually go to Vons all the time and I love it but the service lately has been a major no. The Bagels are very old and stale, completely left out in the cold for everyone to touch. To make thing worse the staff in the bakery are super rude. I rather just drive to Costco. Super disappointed!
