Pharmacy staff is very professional and if not in stock, they work real hard to get your medication as soon as possible. Pharmacy is also open on Sunday and late. Will also give you temp pills if they have them until their larger supply arrives. Great pharmacy!! I seldom have problems getting them on phone. Don't all right when they open as that is when everyone calls. I just called at 820am and someone picked up immediately and helped me also.

Horrible pharmacy, just the worst. It's so difficult to get meds here. For one thing, it's absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone. I understand that they're busy, but this is no way to treat customers! I've gone there before without checking if they have my meds, but now I'm conserving my energy and ascertaining that they have them beforehand. I've been calling and calling and calling them this morning, all without any luck. Truly pathetic!

Consistently efficient and professional despite it being such a busy store. I have had positive experiences with everyone however Ray deserves a special shout out! He goes above and beyond to get to know his customers and navigate questions or issues in a respectful and friendly manner.

I decided to venture out to this Von's even thought it's not within walking distance of other places near me. I picked up items I saw on the weekly flyer that were perfect for me to bring to a potluck that evening. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modern feel of this Von's. Also, the customer service in both the deli and bakery was beyond amazing. They were each so helpful, friendly, warm with a smile on their face. The sales are great too but you have have a membership. It's worth it and simple to sign up. I picked up 32 chocolate chip cookies for $5. Cookies were fresh and crispy on the outside and tasted like they recently came out of the oven. I also got two orders of the Friday special 8 piece fried chicken for $5. Everyone said the chicken tasted like homemade southern fried chicken. I think I'll start shopping here too.

David from the bakery was AMAZING! I've had bad customer service here but continue to come sadly out of convience...but this morning I was in a rush to pick up a cake for work..walking thru the store no a single greeting or ask if I needed help (which I did) ..David was the first and only to stop what he was doing, put his cart to the side and ask right away if he could help in anyway...he was so attentive,patient, and welcoming. He even went above and beyond to get me muffins I was looking for that hadn't been put out yet. If this store recognizes team members for a good job or giving customers great customer service, he deserves it! Thank you David! Still DONT recommend their Starbucks at all. :(

I had an issue with a dairy line that repeatedly seemed to sour 1-2 weeks before the due date. I spoke to the store manager, Laura who was very receptive and responsive. Thank you Laura!

Just about every single person who works here is extremely nice except for one who is continuously rude every time I go in. The minus two stars is just for you, Silvia. May your pettiness, rudeness and incessant talking lead you out the door, n'er to return.

I am so upset.. I have never had any issues at any Vons ive been to, however this is my first and I think last time I will go to this Vons. Everything was going so good, I did my shopping, the employees through out the stores were so polite. All was good until I got to the checkout lane with Cashier Nae. I had my regular groceries and a case of beer I found on the clearance section with 50% off! Case of beer WAS 20.99 NOW 50% off meaning it would be $10.50 right? Well Nae scanned the beer and it was 20.99 with like a $3 discount, I asked her how much they were coming out to and she said $17.99 & im like well it has a 50% tag soooooo? She just rudely said "well thats what its scanning to" while scanning it again, like she didnt bother to see the problem or why its scanning at that price. Whatever, I let her proceed but I was still confused. So I asked her if she can get someone else to take a look at it because obviously she wasnt going to do anything about it. While she calls her supervisor I proceed to let her know that I really wasnt trying to give her a hard time. Didnt care to acknowledge but okay. Kenny then came over and helped her scan at the correct price , and I mentioned that it was scanned twice she told me it wasnt but then saw it was and then told me she fixed it. Okay, purchase was done, I paid then left with my groceries. As I was in the car I reviewed my receipt again, and like i said it was SCANNED TWICE. I had to go back into the store after I had already put my baby in the car seat and everything just so they can see that I was charged twice. Kenny once again helped me, he was super nice and helpful. Thanks to him things were fixed.Nae was so careless about her job, she didnt care about my experience, my items, the inconvenience she caused. Nothing. I honestly understand being a cashier and the obnoxious customers there can be and such, but I was really not giving her a hard time or trying to mess up her mood, there was no reason for her to act that way towards me.If she does not want to deal with customers or just any customer service than maybe that job postion isnt for her! Simple.
