Terrible communication. Been there three times for the same registration issue and had to deal with three different Spanish speaking employees. Even their dmv contact speaks Spanish. Rosa had an attitude and was extremely unhelpful. She suggested I drive to the Spring Valley office to pick up original paperwork. Why would I have to do that? I would rather wait for 4 hours at dmv than use this bogus ass business.

Came in here looking for help with my registration services nervous for someone to want to help me with the deadline I had. The staff here are very welcoming and were happy to help me and everyone waiting as well. Excellent costumer service .

Honestly this place is funny first interaction I had with them was when they put a flier on every car on my street and cars in every drive way on my street. Very annoying I don't like people touching my cars. Them I figured I'd give them a shot and called into ask about pricing the girl on the phone was very rude and un professional I'd rather drive 25 minutes away and Continue going to ars registration. Due to the terrible customer service I received

Good experience! Only was person was ahead of me. Once they were done, it was pretty quick. The woman who did my fingerprint stuff was super nice too. I’d recommend coming here!
