Where should I start.. well first I wish I had read the reviews online of all the scams at this store because here we are 3 weeks later still trying to resolve their mistakes. First, I’m waiting to receive my internet box for a while and then the guy brings it out and immediately drops it so hard it had scuffs on it, so I request a new one because I don’t want to get home and it be broken. He makes a deal about it but in the end replaces it, and then I asked about the new price of my bill and he will not give me an answer. Fast forward a week and I get a bill $20 higher than it was supposed to be. He gave me the plan that I specified I didn’t want, I call to get that cleared up and then I receive a box for a return. Well that didn’t make since because I had already clarified with Verizon that I did not need to return anything so I disregarded it. Now two weeks later I received an email from Verizon saying I was going to be charged $200 if I didn’t return the box. Honestly it feels like a second job trying to fix all the mistakes this guy made. I am very displeased with the service here and advise going to another more competent store.

What a disappointment being there business customer for over 15-20 years my first time at the store as I was in the area. Not only Mr Jesus doesn’t know basics of customer service but also refused a service that was basic. I entered the store explaining my issue that how hot phone is getting. First time ever I heard that even having warranty plus Verizon ausurion insurance. He refused to answer any question and said we donot process this here. Sitting behind that counter no hello or welcome which Del Mar and Encinitas stores are great with welcoming. After going back and forth about it he said they are not authorized Verizon store which again don’t make sense as it says big Verizon outside.
Of course being lazy to work puts blame on customer that she’s being rude. I pay monthly for my business thousands of dollars. I expect service. It’s easy to blame the customer when you just wanna sit on the chair and not get up. I even called Verizon customer service who informed him he’s suppose to process request at any store. He makes excuse oh customer is rude I refuse service. 15-20 years no other store or online customer service thought I was rude suddenly Mr Jesus finds it rude to process and work for what he’s being paid for
I have never seen such a lazy not happy customer service agent before. Who just sits with straight face and no knowledge. Dont go here very disappointed

I just traded in my old iPhone for a new one. Jesus at the Verizon store in Carmel Valley helped me with my purchase and he was very patient, professional and friendly. He stayed past closing hours to make certain that all my information was transferred from the old phone and that everything was set with my new phone. Thank you!

My husband and I went to get new phones yesterday and chose this store because it had the best reviews in the area. And let me tell you there is a reason! Gentlemen helping us was just there to help. He went through our account to make sure we weren't paying extra or anything he didn't need, no upselling, just honest help (how refreshing). The store is super small, so stock is limited, and with only one guy working, this was definitely not a quick, seemless process. But honestly, it was worth it to us. Dude even got our screen protectors on for us! So yeah, the high stars are earned.

This Verizon team is very helpful, friendly, and particularly creative and dedicated to solving difficult problems. They have truly earned my respect and appreciation.

My cousin and me we bought 4 phones in exchange program and JayRon's service was outstanding, took several hours with us in helping us out.On other occassion, Lucie was also found to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Only a third young man working there on few occassions was found to be quite rude and not pleasant and lacked experience in handling customers.

Don't go here if you want help trying to add a line to your already service you have with verizon the young guy in there was so un welcoming acted like we were bothering him by being there , also got exactly what I needed by calling another store this store is awful
