Crazy that it says this store is open and has hours and will let you book an appt online… then when you get there the sign on the door says it moved to Mission Valley 6 months ago… then when you get to Mission Valley Verizon store they say my appt would have been Balboa Ave. Just warning you.

Verizon is the best in the Area, imho, although I had a surprisingly good experience at the Brentwood AT&T store. I came in all ready to have a talk to the hand experience but that isn’t what happened. Some of the customers were confused about why they were there but no one seemed overly rude and demanding. Both Brentwood stores had heightened security and employees who seemed to be satisfied. I enjoyed both, but still want to know the best provider for wired internet available for my 1998 home located near Big Break? Any ideas?

My son needed a new iphone and neither of us wanted to wait for the tariffs to drive the prices up so off to the Verizon store. My son knew what he wanted and the Verizon representative was very knowledgeable so it was a pretty quick and painless trip. I had Verizon bucks so it didn't cost anything out of pocket. And his trade in covered the cost of his new phone so my monthly bill went down a little bit. Can't ask for more than that.

This Verizon store actually has good customer service. They have a triage person (like at apple stores) which is very helpful. I hate going to cellphone stores and wait, and take forever. This one I don't mind.

Do NOT get monthly international coverage with these guys. Regardless of the dates you tell them your trip is they will start coverage THAT DAY. Add the monthly international plan yourself like this and save yourself tons of stress and time speaking to customer service:
- log on to Verizon in chrome
- click three lines in top right corner
- click account -> my plan -> international details
- add new plan ($100 flat rate international monthly plan) may need to utilize their trip planner which you enter the country you’re visiting and the dates (make the end date a few days AFTER your trip if possible)

This store has great staff. Buying a new phone can be a process especially when transferring data from an old phone. The staff here are super helpful and supportive. I came back a couple of days later with a question regarding airpods working on a Samsung phone and they were able to help me quickly. Super nice folks, too

Our last phones, S10+, were purchased here in June 2019 and we were in serious need of an upgrade since my husbands phone had already gotten to the point it wouldn't work anymore. After speaking with Haydee we selected the model we wanted. She was informative and explained everything in detail so it was easy for us to understand all the new and improved features and the cost associated with each line item. She also seamlessly transferred all our unique data from each phone to our new ones. We have been with Verizon for decades and have never regretted it. Not once has our Verizon service ever dropped calls. We also purchased Verizon internet while we were there. We have had Spectrum internet for decades without a problem with their service, but what started out at 29.99/month over time of incremental price increases, the latest two months ago, is now 90.99/month. Verizon is way, way cheaper so we switched. Verizon has always there when we needed them and we wouldn't think of using anyone else for our phone service and now internet service.

Very bad experience they were nice to my face but were lying and decieving me the whole time. Signed up for $80 unlimited plan but they signed me up for $109 plan wich I can't afford, verizon has been giving me run around. Please please please save yourself the heartache and go to t-mobile
