The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable! I was having trouble deciding which model of iphone to upgrade to and Josue knew his stuff, he gave me all the information I needed right off the top of his head and gave me so many options to choose from and color choices. Overall great sales experience! And the store was very clean and welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend to any other Verizon customers in the area!

Went in to buy a new phone - Omar was super helpful and pointed out add-ons like case/charger/etc I could buy but was not pushy about them whatsoever ever. It was a super quick and nice experience!

I visited this store yesterday, March 5th. Both Josue and Andres helped me with the purchase of a new iphone 15. I cannot say enough good things about these two guys. They made my experience quite enjoyable and I am super grateful for all the expert advice they provided during the whole process. Thank you so, so much to both of you!!!

Ethan sold me an iphone 15 saying that I was obligated to pay $375 in setup and go + fees/taxes. He said that included a phone case, screen protector and other stuff I didn’t ask for. Looking at the itemized bill today, I noticed the actual price for setup and go was $155 everything else was extra stuff that he sold me under the premise it’d be included in setup and go/fees price. There were also other issues with services he added to my phone bill that I was thankfully able to remove. He also suggested I’d try verizon internet package under the assumption that I could return the box to the store within 30 days. I tried to return it unopened this morning and was told the rules suddenly changed last night, and I needed to contact verizon. When I called the store to complain, Ethan hung up on me.
