I had a really bad experience at this location that I need to talk about. A month ago, I went to their store literally, just to get a Sim card, for a couple of phones, the employee there, told me about "new plans that were cheaper" to upgrade my business phones but they didn't tell me it would cost me a lot more because I was on an old plan. When I talked to customer service later, they literally told me that I would be paying thousands of dollars more, for this new plan and my old plan was grandfathered. So I did everything through customer service, just because they were telling me things, that the branch didn't tell me. "Go figure, if you return your phones via mail, you don't pay a restocking fee, something that they didn't share with me. Today, I went back to upgrade my phone, and the manager told me he couldn't help me at his store. Even though I always pay my bills on time and was just trying to fix a mistake they made, it feels like they don't want me in their stores anymore. I have a business plan and pay over $700 a month for all my devices. This is really bad customer service, and l've never seen anything like it. Imagine being banned from Verizon Wireless, all while giving them $700 a month. Definitely have to find a new carrier!

Michael helped me out picking out a new IPhone. I knew a couple things that I wanted and her helped direct me with the storage that would be adequate. He also let me know about trading in IPhone 11, which I didn't know was an option. Michael made it easy and quick for me which is exactly what I was hoping for. I am very pleased.

Benito Lopez offers exceptional personal, customer service and professional skills. I went to a one of their franchise Victra stores where I was subjected to a switch and bait bill. I could not get the Victra franchise store to correct the issue. So I closed my Verizon account. However, I was still getting billed for a phone that I was told was free and the Wi-Fi unit, which were both returned to the Victra franchise store. Then I walked into a Verizon company store and met Benito. It took him 2 1/2 hours to square things away. I will be coming back to Verizon and doing business only with Benito and the staff at the this company store. Anybody that walks into a Victra franchise Verizon store, I suggest you run like hell out and go to see Bonito Lopez and his teammates at this Verizon company store. They will treat you fair, and they will treat you right, and they will treat you with honesty and respect not to mention with exceptional, personal, customer, service, and professional skills.

CAUTION, CAUTION, CAUTION! Just retuned home from second visit to Verizon corporate store at Carmel Valley California. First visit was due to severely deteriorated Verizon cell service After 15 phone calls and 100% service failures over the last two months I was directed by on line customer service to go to the store. I explained my medical provider service phone needs with failed urgent and critical phone calls which were never received. End result the manager on that day said "I can not help you. You live in a dead zone (92131) you need to change providers". After two months of on line service failures and three service tickets Verizon has not showen up to remedy the failing reception, disconnected dropped calls, or fulfill any promised service tickets or solutions? Second visit today (at the direction of Verizon phone customer service representative, Lauren (manager) did not try to address my issue. When I patiently calmly rationally assertively pushed for solution I was told "LEAVE THE STORE NOW" repetitively three times. The defensive dismissive arrogant directive attitude was shocking. As a long time Verizon corporate business customer. I have found her attitude horrendous! Only solution seems to be changing services. Goodbye Verizon!

Horrible horrible interaction , Christian did NOT want to help us. If I could give a 0/5 stars I would. Literally told us " well we can stop the process here and you guys can leave the store" refused to help us with a brand new 3 business line transfer over . Horrible attitude , and horrible interaction . DO NOT COME HERE

With all the bad reviews here, I feel like I needed to review this store as honest as possible so that they receive the credit that they deserve. Came there yesterday because of my phone suddenly giving me a "no sim" message, and it only has the SOS. Tried troubleshooting it myself at home, but realized right away that I needed a new SIM card. I waited for about 10 mins. as they were very busy. But as soon as I got helped it was very smooth and easy, not only that they were able to replace and reactivated my SIM card pretty smoothly, but they were also able to take care of an issue that I didn't even know existed. My Apple Watch not being connected to the network when I'm paying for the service for it. They fixed that also, so now I can use my Apple Watch independently without piggy backing off of my phone. Whoever set up my phone and watch initially screwed up, but that wasn't these guys' issue. It was that Verizon employee that I dealt with on the phone 2 years ago that screwed me, and tricked us into being locked in to a 30 month phone plan with a supposed "free iPhone 13" when in all reality the bill went up by $100 from att before the switch, so we definitely paid that "free phone" during the course of 2 years. If I can give anyone any advice, be careful with those very sweet deals that Verizon offers. Especially over the phone, it seems like they'll do anything to sell a deal no matter what it takes. But that isn't a reflection of this store itself. The people that work in this store are very respectful and offers a great customer service. Thank you to the men and women that works in this store. As for Verizon, I'll probably switch elsewhere in a month once my phone is paid off.

This is a corporate Verizon store. employees are very knowledgeable. Parking can be a challenge. Don’t pass up a spot to try and get closer. Bring your patience. The wait can get long. Benito helped us and he was great. I will absolutely come back if I need any service. Thanks so much :)

*****VERIFIED PURCHASER******Worst customer service at this store. My phone (and my family's phones) stopped working this past weekend. When I enter the store, their are many with the same problem (obviously a major outtage in the area). The manager is standing at the front of the store, stating an earthquake has caused this outtage. Really? I didn't feel any quake, and when I got home later and checked their was a quake - 100 miles away! If there is an emergency, I want my phone to work! Verizon refused to apologize or compensate me. In addition, the employees in the store are out of shape and unshaven - resembling minimum wage homeless types. I can't wait to switch back to AT&T! #VERIZONSUCKS

I haven't always had the easiest time at the Verizon stores but this time we had great service. My dad had lost his phone and i wanted to connect my iPad. Jorge was the Verizon team member that helped us. I wouldn't recommend going to any other Verizon. Thank you Jorge for making it so easy. Ask for Jorge
