If Lindsay of the Thousand-Shades-of-Blue is working, it's the best Verizon location there is! I went in there with a tragic broken phone and no phone knowledge. That worked out!

Regrettably, my experience with this store was far from satisfactory. Initially, the agreed-upon bill amount never aligned with the actual monthly charges, consistently resulting in higher costs. Furthermore, residing in La Jolla and using Verizon proved to be an exercise in frustration due to the lack of signal strength.The customer service experience was equally disappointing. Despite reaching out for assistance, I found no meaningful resolution to my concerns. Relieved to have transitioned away from this provider, I must conclude that Verizon has been my most unsatisfactory experience with a phone company in the US.If I could give 0 starts I would!

I had a really bad experience with Verizon. Even though the staff at the store were nice, nothing they promised actually happened. My monthly charges were always different from what we agreed upon, and the signal in La Jolla was practically non-existent, causing me to miss important calls. If you're in La Jolla, I wouldn't recommend using Verizon – the signal and customer service are both really poor. I ended up paying over $2,000 to switch carriers, which was a tough lesson learned.Verizon never anymore!
