I want to give a big shout out to Lance and Mollie ( I hope I spelled that right). Thank you so much for the excellent environment and customer service. You guys are great ! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing anything in the vapor department department. Everything is done through your phone, including ordering. This place is awesome. They're so dedicated to their clientele and every trip is more like hanging out with friends than just a transaction. When I was switching from cigs to vape one man just blew me away with information and in the kindest way. I've never felt stupid no matter how basic my question feels because they're just like bursting to share information. I recently kicked nicotine, but went with my husband for his stock-up and the same guy who helped me transition from cigs to vape was just elated for me and it was so cool. Sorry, guy, I'm realizing now I've never asked your name, I'll rectify that next time because that's super lame of me. Love this place.They're also next to a yummy tea place.

They took a picture of my ID and then proceeded to tell me that I had to store my credit card information in their system. I wanted to buy a $6 coil. Forcing your customers to store their ID and credit card information is absolutely ridiculous. Nobody wants all their personal identification stored in your system.

Unfortunately their 30.00 battery they sold me worked for a few days and then it didn’t work and since I threw my box away they wouldn’t exchange or refund me. Bummed out.

I went into the shop with a brief description of some of the juice flavors that I have like in the past. Upon hearing this the worker who helped me recommended the best juice flavor I've ever had in my life. Excited to have vapin' the 619 in my life! Great customer service with fantastic recommendations

All of the staff is every helpful! I have been coming here for a couple years now and have never had a problem. Everyone is knowledgable and the staff and owners are friendly, polite and courteous. Thanks to all of you for your genuine and kind personalities.
