At the post office the treatment has been friendly, however, a lady who delivers in the area, has made fun of us, perhaps due to differences with the landord, because the mailboxes were not placed in the correct zone. This has led to us not having mail for more than 20 days!!!, where we got returned mails, and we have had many problems because important documents thaht did not arrive, since we barely arrived in the area. I even filled twice a USPS Hold Mail form with a supervisor but the delivery person seem is under her own. Even today, after placing yesterday the mailbox in the place she indicated, she called me and told me that she would place the email tomorrow because the mailboz was placed just today, and since I told her I did it yesterday and we need urgently some papers, she told me to pick him up from the office. Then, I went there and they told me there isn't one, that she still has it, it's like a joke, I think a mockery.

Came in with a package and QR code to drop off and asked for a piece of tape to seal the top of the box and they told me to buy a roll. Asked nicely since it was one piece and they told me to buy it or come back later when it was. What a joke

There are the most wonderful people work here: always friendly, efficient, polite, and sweet. All of the employees are very professional, and yet very personable. I love coming to this post office. People are what makes the business great, and you guys are doing incredible job, especially during holiday craziness! I have no idea how you guys can stay on track with this kind of work overload, but you manage effortlessly. Much respect to you guys!

I live in the neighborhood and have always had positive and pleasant interactions with the hard-working employees here. They do get busy and things get hectic, but their professional attitude is consistent. They are efficient and help as quickly as they can, even with difficult customers (witnessed a difficult customer yelling at an employee without reason the other day but the employee just responded calmly). Kudos to the team here for always being helpful with a smile on their face. You are much appreciated!

Didn't get the guys name out of the frustration of how my aunt was treated, but Monday, November 20, at around 9:30am my aunt went into the post office to inquire about text message she received from USPS regarding a shipment she had that was delayed. The reason she went in was was to see if it was a scam, because she was in fact expecting a shipment but never received a text from usps before. Being elderly, you can never be to careful right? Well the person at the front desk (about 6 ft tall, reddish blondish hair, maybe in his 40's ) she told him she had a tracking number she wanted him to check to see if it was a scam or legit and he asked if it was a text or email so she told him it was a text. He immediately overreact, threw his hands up in the air, yelling NO nO No, we will never send you a text. If it's a text it's a scam. She replied that she has a tracking number and he says I DONT CARE, it's a scam. She said thanks and left. GOOD THING I WASNT IN THE ROOM!! If I heard him speak to my aunt that way, belittling her as if she should have known before coming there, I would have gone straight to the supervisor. No way you should be disrespecting your customers. It's not stopping at this review. She deserves an apology. If it was possible this would be a -10*

Today I called to ask how much to print, they said 17 cents per page and i asked how it worked, they said you can email it to us for a $2.99 fee. I said can i just print from a computer in there without emailing to them and they said sure because i did not want to pay $3.00+ to print one piece of paper. I arrive 10 minutes after calling them and telling them that i just need to print 1 page with no color and i ask them how much and they tell me their email scam and i ask if i could use the computer (which is supposedly for customer diy) and print it from their myself. They said that they don't have access to the print jobs to that computer right now, but they will tomorrow. Unbelievable, they should have mentioned that over the phone instead me having to drive over there to find out. Idiots.

Sara was helping me today and she was very rude and impatient. I get there's a line and that's okay I am very patient and understanding but once I was at the register she didn't bother asking me what I need. She saw I had a box and just slapped a label down for me to fill out. after i finished that she went forward with the transaction and said the price. I said I need 1 day shipping and she got frustrated and said i should've told her that when i got to the desk. However she immediately slapped something down in-front of me, not giving me time to say anything. I get you may not enjoy your work but don't make it a negative experience for everyone here. Smh

I was at the AAA across the street and needed to ship something that I had in my car before the end of the day. Luckily they were all very fast and even though it was 5 pm they were still helping people. Awesome job. First time there, great impression. On a side note, I like the retro look. I always like post offices that look like they have never changed.

I waited in line like everyone else with my bag of items to ship. Sandy was getting frustrated and told me that I had more then 10 items and I would have to go back in line. Then Troy said no she does not she waited in line finish her items. Sandy was being extremely rude asking me how many m items I had and complaint about my items envelopes were small and her postage stamps didn't fit and I needed to print smaller etc.. then she made me step aside while she helped other customer. Troy was so nice and apologized for her terrible customer service. I had 15 items to ship and I had no idea there was a limit on items you could ship. please speak to Sandy regarding her terrible customer service. I also had other customers come to me while I walked out that told me they thought she was rude to me.

On Feb 4th, I went to this USPS to file a claim about the international shipping. The logistics of the manager in this UPSP store is ridiculous. I handled my package to the USPS and paid for the USPS to deliver my package. When my package is somehow missing, the manager asked me to file the claim with the deliver system of the destined country. Only because, the USPS is not delivery the package directly.

Hands down the best post office I’ve ever been too. We move a lot, within the USA and out, and I’m always sending packages and buying postage. This location had the friendliest staff and created the most fun/happy USPS experience I’ve had to date. They had e employees working efficiently but took the time to speak with you personally as well. The music to jam too helped too! I will definitely drive a bit further to come visit this site again!
