I had a 8:45am passport appointment and I arrived at 8:30am. The clerk at the window said the passport person was not there yet, and she had no idea when or if this person would be showing up today. I waited for an hour and finally gave up! The clerk called her boss who obviously had no idea if or when other employees were showing up to work today. The clerk at the desk was expected to work the entire facility by herself with no breaks until her boss could find somebody to come to work. Is this they way our postal service is allowed to be managed? If this were a private business, they would have fired someone, or gone out of business. It took me 4 weeks just to get this appointment and so now I'll have to find another way and wait another 4 weeks!!

Gentleman at the post office was incredibly rude and talking down and gave me an unwarranted lecture as an answer to a question, I guess bc I’m a woman. Please transfer employees unfit for working with customers service to the back.

I have no clue why some reviewers so negative about staff. They’re nicest people here, considering they stand on their feet the whole shift. It’s a post office, not a church. I live in this area for a year and always getting 100% excellent customer service including answering my stupid questions. Be kind and respectful, you’ll receive same back.

Cannot stand this post office. The staff are incredibly rude and lazy. We’ve been turned down multiple times for walk-ins for the passport. Please note that we only came on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the walk-in hour that it says on their website. There’s always an excuse and they will take other people but send us away. They’ll even take people who were an hour late to their appointment and then skip over the walk-ins. If you need a passport, definitely make an appointment and definitely don’t come to this post office.

I mailed birthday cards to 3 people from the Rancho Brrtnardo post office on Saturday, April 6. Today is April 10 and they have NOT been delivered yet! HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE to go to southern CA addresses???
