Doug is easily one of the worst postal workers I've ever encountered. Being shielded by plexi-glass doesn't prevent an employee's transmittal of a bad and abusive attitude toward patrons.

The staff here have been so helpful, and the location so convenient, for me for many years, it's time to put up a review! Today I asked a lot of them, mailing 10+ bulky holiday packages that also needed packaging upgrades and a lot of patience. They were nice, efficient & organized in taking care of all of it! A neighborhood gem who will help you with all your mailing needs.

Lots of shipping options and shipping supplies at reasonable prices. Also has a lot of plushies, figurines, and other fun things to buy. Owner is very friendly and handled a rude customer professionally and respectfully. I prefer going here over ups, post office, etc. 10/10 would recommend

Service was efficient, well priced, and very friendly.I came to print and fax a couple of documents and the owner was straightforward about the pricing I would have to pay. She helped me choose between faxing or mailing and offered a quicker and more cost effective solution. I was impressed by her customer service skills and her kindness. This store is very clean, organized and welcoming. Will be coming back for future shipping/printing needs

Great P.O Box, the lady that runs the business is very smart, and has common sense, plus she is very helpful and on top of things. I walk into the place, open up my mail box and start going through my mail, and as this is going on she recognizes me and has the initiative to get my packages without being asked or reminded what my name or PO BOX number is. Any other place, they wouldn't have raised a finger to get my packages until I asked, and then they would have ID'd me, she gets it.

Update: still want to start for this reason I spent 6 hours on the phone last night back and forth with this lady she made the following excuses as to why she is my address as the destination address and my daughter's address in Florida as the return address and charged 1095 for me to mail a package to myself and refuses to give back the refund her first excuse was my husband's handwriting was horrible and she couldn't read it well he was standing right there in front of her and so if she was confused about it she could have asked him second of all she said that my daughter's address was wrong and so they said it return to sender third of all she said my address that the post office could not find my address so it went to the Linda Vista Post office and I needed to go pick it up it's under deliverable my apartment complex has been in the community since 1989 $379 people live here I've been here two and a half years and thousands of pieces of mail from USPS come here every single day that's ridiculous and second of all it doesn't make sense that they could send it return to sender if they can't find my address for the ball she said that the post office didn't scan the package at all and that's why we couldn't get a tracking on it and she could not pull up the tracking on it herself this lady that works at the mail bike I couldn't pull it up but I'm not a professional at this she is supposedly is my daughter pulled up the tracking on it and I screenshotted it and sent it to her and to that she said that the package wasn't supposed office they only hold it for 1 to 2 days for postage due and I had posted you I was supposed to see you for what for it to make the rounds back to me I took the package to you gave you 1095 and you mailed it back to my house back to me how can I postage to do 1095 it doesn't cost 1095 to circle around town it cost us 395 and lastly it doesn't make sense that she wouldn't catch it you know 1085 as a girl's country so she has flatly refused to give me a refund she says I only send her I only send her you must call USPS for that she was certainly more than a sender that day she was also a cashier stay away her English is very broken and she has a thick accent so if you don't speak whatever language she's speaking you are going to be lost just like we were awful awful awful Better Business Beauru complaint and lawsuit pending!

Been here multiple times, customer service is great! Very helpful with pricing and packaging. Shipped from a couple other places and Mail Bank consistently has the best pricing. My go to place
