  Been here many times. The folks at the counter have always been helpful and friendly. Today I went to mail my passport and they advised me to have them take a look. Turns out that I needed to submit via an appointment. Expired greater than five years. This was not on the State.gov site. Really appreciated their proactively as it would have been rejected.

  Okay! I'm only giving 5 Stars because of the passport lady. Omg the rest of the crew especially the one in the front who send packages. Omg the attitude 🙄 is definitely bad 👎 customer service. Seriously! As soon as we got there the attitude of those two in the front are sky rocket the good I already read the reviews n I mentally prepare myself. 😅. I was so relief when I found out the person gonna help us with the passport was a very nice lady. I salute you 👏 I am so glad! Omg

  I had a great experience at this USPS location. I realized I had forgotten my scotch tape after dropping off my package, and the representative kindly provided tape and helped me seal it. Very helpful and friendly service thank you!

  Such a smooth experience at this location. There was parking available, ramp on both sides ( I was coming up with a stroller) and 4 people working so there was basically no line. The guys working were super helpful and helped with choosing the best option to mail my package.

  To anyone taking the time to leave negative reviews for a post office, I beg of you - do better. Unless they committed a crime against you, I promise there is a better use of your time doing…well, anything else.
  
  Thank you to our local postal workers who are under-appreciated and very much needed <3 without them, we would be at the whim of Bezos and any other private sector capitalist who wants your grandma to pay an entire social security paycheck just to mail your birthday card. Cheers!

  I was helped by Eugenio and even though I am from Germany and am very much used to rude service workers Eugenio was definitely more impolite than every other post office employee in Germany. I give this 2 stars as his coworker John who I haven’t had the pleasure with was so unbelievably kind & sweet with his customer that I think it deserves a massive shoutout!

  The guy was extremely unhelpful and rude to my wife. Check your attitude at the door you work in the service industry. I get it’s a government job so you can probably never be fired, but why not be a decent person?

  I’m convinced this is the nation’s best post office. Everyone that works here is an absolute delight. I’ve had cases opened on packages that I’ve gone missing and each person has followed them and followed up with the upmost care. Even the customers catch on to the Bermuda triangle of kindness that this place exudes and are often seen holding open doors, letting people go ahead of them and talking in line. going here makes my day most of the time and luckily I’m here a lot.

  I had an issue with USPS not cancelling my forwarding over 10 days ago, so I was not getting any mail. I called the local Bisby Lake Ave. post office and, unlike many other post offices, the phone was answered after just a few rings! Mark was extremely pleasant and researched the issue while I was on the phone. Twice he came back off hold to update me. He discovered the regional center had not told my carrier that I was back home. He called the carrier right then to update her and then told me I could pick up a package that just came in. Wow. I did so and the staff found my package right away. What a pleasant experience, and thank you.

  Going to the post office while black.the supervisor in front of his trainee showed her how to be rude to black people insisted I fill out my forms in the lobby and told his employee to close her drawer and advised me to get out so they can close. I should get service like any other customer but if you black and go here expect the worse treatment. Thanks Mark Melbourne or Melhorne for harrrasing a black lady I also have the video.
