Employees take up all the customer parking so we have to park at the CVS. Walk in and there's 1 or 2 customers. They need to designate 6 or 7 spots as customer only and have employees park at the CVS. Are they doctors they need to park so close to their work?
They jammed a book into my PO box, don't they realize the customer end is narrower than their end so if a package barely fits on their side, I cannot remove it on my side?
One time I got a free priority mail box to my car and started to pack it up and the employee actually followed me to my car to tell me I couldn't take it. I showed her I was packing it right now and I'm going to bring it inside and ship it. She just harrumphed and walked away.
Another lady refused to take my payment by phone because she could not read the last 4 digits of the card on my phone because they were too small and would not accept me reading them off to her. Really?
Some of the employees are nice but a few are truly awful incompetent people.

Never open on time. Employees take up all visitor parking spaces. Not enough employees to serve customers. Employees are rude

Parking is always an issue. The limited spots that are available are taken by employees before the office opens. Why are they not provided places to park in the back? Unless you are just dropping off in the bins, expect a considerable wait.

I have no clue who is running this place but...it should be shut down!NO PARKINGNO CUSTOMER SERVICEITS DIRTYEMPLOYEES DONT GIVE A ****The employees are terrible! They ignore the line (see photo) while doing training on the computer. She looked back 3 times and didn't holler for anyone, ring a bell, tell the customers that she will get something, NOTHING..she just turned around and looked at the line as it continued to grow! But then again, if you ever mailed something from her when she is at the counter...she's a robot who mumbles....I always let the person behind me go to her if it's my turn, I just can't........................This Post Office is absolutely the WORST! Mark my words, whenever I mail a box from here or a large envelope it's either "lost" or damaged!!!!!!!!!Drive a couple extra miles and go to Carmel Mountain people....they greet you, it's clean and they ALWAYS have people at the counter willing to help you!!!!!!

If you sell items on eBay or ship out packages often, do not come here. I learned later that they were trying to gip me out of an additional 68 dollars to ship a package that was .2 pounds overweight. The woman behind the counter was an absolute nightmare, and I mean this in the most disrespectful way possible. Deplorable customer service, very rude and harsh, and unfriendly as possible. Why the h*ll are you working in a customer service position if you hate people as much as you do- I mean, I get having a bad day but the least you can do is apologize or help me get it sorted out in a way that won't cost me 100$ to ship a 4 pound box.I have been to many USPS. I have been to many post offices in my life. I have been to many stores, and never- never have I walked out in as much anger and disgust as I did at this USPS branch today.I will never come back to this branch for any reason. I lost 30$ on shipping and the sale of an item that had been listed for an extensive amount of time on eBay because the woman is incompetent and does not understand how the world works. You don't own the company, why do you care about a .2 pound difference in the package weight and furthermore, why do you care so much about adding on an expensive payment to the point where you're going to con someone out of their money (in these times) in order to help a corporation? I wasn't even told there was another option. I would drive to Temecula before coming back here.

The Korean counter woman is so dump. I have a simple return box just need to scan and go. She is trying to charge me $30. I keep telling her this is a repaid return label but she won’t listen. So I left and took the same package to usps at Carmel mountain, they know their business well and like I said just scan and done.

Even though I pay handsomely for renting a post office box here, I have to park a distance away and hike because they've decided to move more routes and more employees to this location and let them fill up the parking lot with their cars that are sitting there all day and not moving in and out of spaces. They need to have their employees park in the back or park elsewhere and shuttle them to work. It's not right for them to plant their cars in all the customer parking spaces and never move them all day and make paying customers hike from a distance, even those who are not that capable of it as there are only two handicap spots there and they are often taken too. A note on the front door explaining why all the spaces are taken by employees and apologizing for the inconvenience does not make it OK! On a previous occasion my gold filled 20 year service pin was sent to my PO Box here and was ripped out of its packaging. They said the machine must have done it and I filed the "lost" paperwork but of course they never found it.I mailed some important legal documents certified mail with return signature card. The delivery person got a "signature" (unreadable scribble) but never had the person print their name so there was a scribble and I had no idea who actually received the important piece of mail. I complained to the management at this post office where I had mailed it from, explaining how important it was that I know what person received the piece of mail for court purposes, and they said I could mail it again. I did that, circling in red on the certified mail return card where it says "print name" of person receiving it. Got the card back the same way as the first, a scribbled signature and no printed name! I complained to the manager and left my phone number for follow up and of course I never heard back. So in the end I paid for certified mailing of manila envelopes full of documents twice, each time paying between $5-$10 for the postage plus the certified mail with return signature card, without getting what I paid for. It is no wonder USPS seems to be going out of business.

I love the USPS. They're very friendly and did you know a money order is just 1.25? Versus 15$ for a bank check. A
