Our mail hadn't been delivered for a week due to a broken mailbox and we were told to come to this location to pick up. We show up, wait in the single file line for the one employee trying to help 20 people just to be told they don't have our mail. We contact USPS asking where our mail is and they tell us it's at this same location that says it doesn't have our mail. They wasted two hours of our day with no results. No courtesy - no understanding - no effort - no results
Our regular postal carrier just confirmed that this location lied to us about not having our mail during this ordeal. I'm not sure if it's negligence, incompetence, or some combination of the two but this facility is just terrible at fulfilling it's obligations to the public. You can tell they do not want to be customer facing here and lack the skill set and infrastructure to handle public engagement

The worst delivery I have ever had. I waited 3 days for delivery, once it arrived in San Diego, they didn't even deliver the package to my address, and without any notification, they immediately sent it back, and I can't pick it up. No one answers my calls, and they made it so that you endlessly wait on the phone until someone answers. And here at this moment no one can help me with anything, this company does not care about their customers, no matter how much they are paid. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will not help you with anything if there is any mistake. I will never dare to order from this company again and will advise everyone to use any other company but not this one for delivery.

Took a damaged package for claim inspection. Got a notification from USPS that my claim was denied because I never acted. Even though the supervisor who took my item said he would contact the claims department. He never did.
Now I am out of my package and claim and no one here knows what to do and can't help me. The supervisor just tells me over and over to call USPS claims department. But they do not have a direct phone number or email.
This isn't the first time either as I had a package lost for 3 months just for it to be delivered with its contents STOLEN. And I was denied as well and have not received any compensation!
These people here haven't got a clue and I don't know what they do all day long.

Have tried calling 5 times so far today and they do not answer the phone. It just rings for 5 minutes then gives the busy signal. Not professional.

How do we get the option to not have USPS deliver our packages? This location “tried” to deliver to my house, said they couldn’t and would try again the next day. There was no note or notification on my property and now it’s missing after 3 days. The people who work here cannot locate it and keep offering to take my phone number but no one calls me. This is unacceptable and incredibly irresponsible of a postal service.

Even though it says post office on building and in Google maps. It's not. Go south two blocks east side of RB road.

OK people, one more time. The RB customer service USPS location is NOT in this building. This is primarily a processing center with a drive-through mail drop for the convenience of people who don't want to get out of the car. The USPS customer service office is two blocks down the street to the south at Bernardo Center and Lomica Dr. So, please stop going to the wrong place and then trashing USPS workers for not being able to help you.And, BTW, if you don't like the USPS, try mailing something anywhere else. Only Vatican City has a better postal service - but they don't have to do door-to-door delivery for over 300 million people spread over an entire continent. Our postal workers are great folks working habitually short-staffed, so show some respect.

This place is so unorganized and the people that work there are good for nothing, I’ve been going back and forth with them about my daughters bday gift that they didn’t even try to deliver! Then came to the office to pick it up and it wasn’t even there! Then they call me and say they will hold it for me and nothing! They don’t even answer their damn phone! So disappointing that they can work like this! They don’t even deserve 1 star!

This isn't really a post office. It is an "annex". You can only pick up mail. There are no other regular post office services. You have to go down the street about 1/2 mile!!
