Employees name REV I am staying in front of her three minutes and she’s talking with the different people like what kind of services is it who hired this person over there it’s unprofessional maybe I am immigrant she don’t care about me I don’t understand

Delivered a live unload to this post office facility ..... Took a little over 1 hour ..... Take exit 21 Carmel Mountain Rd from the I-15 then make a left on Conference Way until you see the gaurd shack .....

I do a lot of sales on eBay. I use this location 90% of the time. Great customer service. Nice employees. I’ve been there a few times while there were nasty customers and the employees have handled it well.

Staff here will give customer a hard time about having existing label on the return package. I have already Removed most the existing labels except the big one which was impossible to remove. They can just stick the new one to cover the old one. Nope, she will make sure you remove it, before letting you send off the return package.
With so many customers waiting in line, this rule is so important, that everyone behind me will need to wait while I remove the label. After She saw I was unable to remove it after a while, she placed the new label on top of it anyway.
She also does not show you the new shipping label to confirm if the address was entered correctly. Ridiculous customer service = clerk 20
