This place does take passports but they are backed up 30 minutes every time. I understand staffing might be low, but don't have so many passport times slots if you don't have the manning.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, given a dock once I checked in. Pickup at 6am but got a dock before 4:30. Great communication skills here. Started loading just as fast. Checkin next to dock 63.

For such a valuable personal document. It would be nice if they have posted times. But asking the Post office people. The Passport office hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm

This company is very bad , it takes a lot of time to unload the load. I came yesterday at 4 pm, they gave me time for the next day at 8 am, they said that they had to work. It took 4 hours to unload the load. Worker are rude

Don’t come here. Made an appointment for 12:15pm to get my passport and I’ve already been waiting for 2 hours. Still Nothing. What’s the point of an appointment?

No one loves going to the post office, but this USPS location—my nearest one—has been a consistently pleasant experience. The staff genuinely seem to enjoy their work and each other, creating a positive, friendly, and helpful environment.
My fiancé and I have visited multiple times for address mix-ups, lost, and returned packages, and each time the team went above and beyond with a great attitude. Highly recommend this location!

The passport office is understaffed and ridiculously disorganized as a result. I stood at the check in counter for 10 minutes, nobody was there so I was worried I was going to lose my appointment slot. When I went to ask an employee with dark red hair if I could check in, she snapped and said I have to go around the building - which I had just done because i was searching for an employee because there was nobody there! Do better, hire more people.

Extremely unhelpful service. all of them are so rude and absolutely don’t know how to respond to the customers. I waited for three hours and they don’t even look at you even you ask them any questions. This Center should appointment new people to help the people

The truck entrance is on the north East corner, from a street Conference way.
It's best to get loaded or unloaded. In the middle of the night before 7 AM, the shift change
My appointment is 7 AM. And I unloaded myself 5 pallets, to help me leave By 8:30 AM.
I was able to park my truck on the street Conference way before the gate.
They didn't want me inside the gate Until 1 hour before my appointment.
If you only have a little load, maybe you can get unloaded early.
The place is very busy with a lot of trucks going in and out 24 hours a day.
Delivery for boxes and packages is by door 27.

Sent out an envelope through Etsy, someone at this facility marked it as a package and requested the customer pay an extra fee to receive their mail. Attempted to call this post office several times to resolve the issue and no one would pick up 😐

Terrible service.
Lady at the front, taking in people for their passport photos, bad experience with her. Completely unprofessional and an attitude that is an unwelcoming vibe to new people. First time going there. Terrible experience. Had to walk out without our photos taken.
