If I could give 0 stars, I would. The most unprofessional and rude lady at the front desk. Wouldn't tape my box closed, an entire brand new roll had to be purchased which I was willing to do. But then would not print a return label for me. Never coming back here again.

Woman at counter wouldn’t even give me a 4 inch piece of packing tape to seal an envelope. Said I could buy a roll. Had some in car. Went back in to find a line on 15 people.

This is a hallmark store with a post office counter in the back. No lobby for drop off and you must wait until the store opens for drop offs larger than letter size.

As everyone else, I was yelled and unfairly treated by a mean asian lady with a face mask just by asking for an envelope and how to send a letter. Honestly they should change that employee.

Staff isn’t friendly and does argue with clients (in front of other clients). Weird experience with having to buy a shopping bag in the store, not from the post office. Not very helpful at all either. Will probably avoid this location in the future.

I've been using this Carmel Velley office for many years and it is as good one can expect. I have never seen rudeness or unprofessional treatment of customers. Sometimes long lines are annoying and slow but in most cases delays were caused by the customers rather than by the ladies behind the counter. If they are not smiling, it is not a problem to me, they do their job well enough. The office is inside the store so one has to walk through the store, if it is a problem I suggest to use some other post office.

Gentleman was great, informative and helped on ideas for special care of my package. Very knowledgeable. Location I walked past 3 times so just be aware it’s INSIDE the hallmark.
