Avoid this post office like the plague, long waiting times and incompetent clerks as the lady kept instructing the guy for every customer he had which delayed the time twice as long. On top of that the lady was very rude, wont be coming here again.

I was shipping a package from NC to California and it experienced some delays along the way. I was worried it would not arrive in time (it was a time sensitive package) so I submitted a USPS help request, honestly not expecting too much. The very next day, on a Saturday, I received a detailed voicemail from Antonio about the status of my package and that he would look into it and keep updating me on it. The following few days, he left me two more voicemails letting me know the package had arrived at the local post office, and then finally that it was delivered. Shoutout to Antonio for seriously going above and beyond - idk if you’ll ever see this, but I appreciate you ??

I agree with other reviews. There are several issues that I experienced with this branch. I brough it up to the manager once and after months, I went back for an overnight service (paid in full), but the mail was delivered on the third day instead of next day. It's unfortunate, but I won't go back to this branch anymore!

I recently had a great experience here at the Post Office with Myra who was super helpful and supportive. An important package had not arrived to my home, so I came in to get some help. Myra took the time to look up my tracking number, call around to nearby post offices, follow-up before she left the office for the day, and gave me a call the next morning saying the package had been found and would I like to pick it up or have it delivered in my mailbox the same day. I know sometimes a post office can get a bad wrap, but I received above and beyond excellent service, and I think it’s important to recognize that. Thanks Myra!

They have issues there. About to file a complaint with the inspector general. I have had so many issues with not receiving my packages. Two went missing, never got them. One is missing now again. I am sick of it. Spoke to the manager multiple times stating that their employees who delivers mail is either stealing packages or delivers it in the wrong location or someone's else mailbox. I had filed claims and USPS paid claims, but I don't want money, I want my items I order as I can't reorder since by the time I didn't get it, the vendor was out of stock. Went there on Monday 3/18 again to talk to a manager. The asian lady who works was very rude and said the "manager is busy". What. This is unacceptable. Will be filing a complaint against that post office and the people who work there.

Always has very long wait times, you will probably have to wait about 15-20 minutes in line so make sure you aren’t in a rush.

I packed my package in a flat rate medium box at home. The box closed completely and the weight was only 5 lbs 7.40 oz. I had my husband drop off the package because I was at work. The rude lady (Clerk 9 according to the receipt) scammed him and charged him $35.30 for this package. Again, it was packed in a USPS flat rate medium box. The fee is only supposed to be $18.40 for up to 70 pounds. Do not go to this location.

One carrier is rude, surly and leaves his rubber bands on top of the mail boxes when he loads mail. When I mentioned this to him he snapped at me and continues to do it. Good thing he must be a fill in person as our regular carrier doesn't do it. Our mail boxes are not his trash can!

Absolute dog $ht. I search UPSP. Com post office near me for creating a PO box. I pay for it, have a receipt showing this location as the confirmed location for my box. Arrive with my IDs as instructed for the staff to tell me " we don't service 92130 zip codes" then "ok you can get the box here but you have to have your online transaction refunded and redo the application here in person". What?!? Why. The website demonstrates you do serve my zip, AND I am showing you my receipt of purchase with THIS location for my box. "I don't know what to tell you". Wow.
