My delivery of critical mail this week has been awful. I live at 10905 Riesling Dr 92131 in Scripps Ranch. Yesterday Ninette Bartley mail was in my box and I delivered to her. Nineette is my neighbour one house up. Today my neighbour once house down brought my critical mail and 2 envelopes from GEHA. I am expecting my new Driver license in the mail this week which is critical and should not have WRONG DELIVERY or I cannot drive and have to back to the DMV to resend. Deborah was super kind and helpful as we were moving in nearby and had multiple questions. She went out of her way to help. The location is also convenient.

2 stars for the 2x I had a good experience in the past 5 yrs. The remainder of the time, service has been very inconsistent. They NEVER answer the phone. Sometimes, they don't even bother to answer the door. It doesn't matter what time you go during business hours 9am-4pm. I suppose it depends on who's working the day you go.

I have been waiting for a suitcase from Germany for a long time, and it falls on the weekend and falls on Monday, which is the Martin Luther King holiday. According to the Internet, the package has arrived at the post office, but it will not be delivered until the next day. But because I have to take the flight back to my country the next day, I specially go. On one trip, the postmen passing by enthusiastically asked me what kind of help I needed. After looking around for no goods, they said they would pay special attention to me. I received the package more than an hour later. I just happened to see the postman appearing in the sun. I think they are all angels

This is sub-station, not a retail post office. But they will take mail and are very helpful to the limits of a substation ability

I find the USPS annex in Scripps Ranch to be staffed with friendly, professional postal workers. I find USPS a great bargain and very dependable.

Keeps misdeliver my mails. Frustrated and they need to learn follow up and at least pick up their phones. That's why no one used USPS and choose fedex or ups instead. Even leaves a package outside of my door when signature is required. Lazy mail carriers

THIS IS MY 5TH TIME THIS YEAR, THE ITEMS THAT I ORDERED THAT SHOWS IT WAS DELIVERED IN MY MAIL BOX AND NOTHING WAS DELIVERED, OUR DELIVERY MAN IS OLD AND CONDFUSED MAKES A LOT OF MISTAKES, CALLING THEM IS USELESS, NEVER ANSWER THIER PHONES, HORRIBLE LOCATION

I've had to stop by several times for missing packages and mail. They have not accurately forwarded my mail and there's a big delay on getting packages and mail. I've left a message with the front desk three different times and all three times they assured me a supervisor will call me back but I never heard from them.
