I came from New York City to help my son and his fiancé get their passport. They didn’t have an appointment and we happened to walk in to this post office for help. The clerk David was so very helpful and patient with them as this was their first time getting the passport. He made the process very easy and painless. Thank you David for your help. Wish more clerks were this nice.

I rarely post reviews but had to show appreciation for David and Jason who squeezed me in for a passport application when they could have turned me away to reschedule. They were so helpful guiding me through the process and were so fast and efficient. Staff here is very friendly and provide great customer service. Was in and out in about 15 minutes! Thank you so much!

This review could have been a one star but David turned it into a 5 star. I had an appointment for a passport application but for some reason it wasn’t showing up in the system and initially I received little sympathy or support. I was told I could reschedule or wait and hope someone else no showed for their appointment. At the end of the day David took care of me and my family. He could have easily forced us to reschedule but he helped us out. He saw my anxiety and was so kind. He went beyond what was necessary to really help me, and I will forever be grateful.

My elderly Dad and I had the unfortunate occasion to meet angry and argumentative employee Jason when asking how to go about renewing his passport. Taunted and laughed at us for not knowing the rules…Gave me a staredown at one point! Totally uncalled for and disturbed my Dad! So bizarre! Other patrons were quickly and nicely taken care of by other postal workers. Gave 2 stars because he eventually did the job. I have no idea what his problem is, but I really hope he gets help.
