In last 6 months 5 of my checks were stolen and 2 of them were cashed I do not trust this post office anymore whoever is in charge please take care of this matter

Charging extra for delivery of certain items instead of following weight for first class. Strongly suggest contesting if they try and have you pay to receive your mail.

Delivery person keeps losing/improperly delivering packages. Anytime it's being delivered from USPS I know there's a 1/3 chance I'm not getting it since the same delivery person just ditches packages.

I had the best experience at Grantville post office in San Diego, CA. My package had the 5 digits wrong on the order and it was coming from Canada.So an international package. I called Canada postal service to see if a correction could be made. I also got a hold of the company to let them know the 5 digits were incorrect. They tried to intervene but of no avail. 1800 USPS gave me some great info on how to go about to retrieve this package. Once I knew the package said “out for delivery”, that was my cue to go down to the Grantville post office and the manager then looked all over the facility and made workers aware of this package having the wrong 5 digits. Low and behold the pack was there and in the pacel bag of my carrier, since he was familiar with my name and correct address.I am very grateful to all who went out of their way to get this package to me.

Can't explain why the person(s) doing the route at times just don't stop to pick up mail. The little clip we use to hang the mail outside our garage is plainly obvious from the street, yet again yesterday they failed to pick up the mail.

Took me about an hour to get someone to help me due to the fact that 2 months prior I brought in a forwarding address form which was never filed by an employee. So I waited an hour to do the process all over again to be told I’ll have to wait another 2 weeks then will have to come back in to verify my ID. Which is odd because I wasn’t told that the first time I did this process. The manager Mr. white was kind when assisting me. Over all it took WAY too long to be helped for a mistake they had made in the first place. Also they don’t take cash just a heads up!

Dropped off a package a week ago that was meant to go from Grantville to El Cajon City just a few miles away. Poor attention to detail now has my package in Los Angeles Distribution Center - FOR WHATEVER REASON.
Got in touch with them and their response is " there's nothing we can do ". Such great accountability for an error that should not have been made to begin with. Avoid this branch at all costs, just in the past two months I have had this happen three times - there are other locations that actually care about their job and the packages sent out from it.

Horrible post office. Frequently delivers to wrong address. Literally the only thing the mail carrier has to do and they can't even do that right.

Office Manager Ken and some of the carriers went over and above to help me get my express package today me that had a small discrepancy in deliver address ..thank you Ken and carrier Jack for your extra effort and time in working with me on my very important package so that I got it on time..over and above so impressed thank you!!!

Completely worthless. USPS delivered items to my door, the items are not mine. Delivery driver didn't wait, drop them off and left. Called the 1-800 number "not their responsibility since the items were delivered to the correct address even though it's for the wrong person." Refer to the local store servicing this area code which is grantville who doesn't answer their phones

I couldn't find my 'delivered' package, so I went in to talk to them about it. I waited for maybe 30 mins but they found it :)
