Excellent customer service from the kind and helpful clerks. I didn’t have tape and they helped me to seal my express box. Wait was brief and parking was convenient.

I moved march 23,2024 and filled out a change of address in person at this location showed verification of my identity and it is now May 9th and I'm still not getting my mail. I have been to the post office 4 times and they say they will fix it and still haven't. They have no idea where my mail is and just tell me to wait. I have informed delivery on my old address and I see my mail still going to that location which is in the same complex but they don't seem to have my mail either. No wonder nobody likes to use usps for anything. If I could avoid it I would this has been very frustrating and the fact that I have went in person each time and talked to a supervisor each time pisses me off even more.

Always a great experience for me, employees are very informative and helpful. It’s sad to see some of the ignorance they have to deal with from time to time. Young girl with short hair and tattoos is always so sweet and always answers my questions everyone else is great too! Keep up the good work everyone .

On 10/31/23, at around 830am to 840am, the clerk (light complexion, large set with tattoos on their arms) was rude and unprofessional and made me drop off a package in the middle of the desk and did not ask me for ID or anything. I do not know if my package was safely scanned and put in for delivery. Can you please have a manager ensure my package is safe and secure. I will get authorities involved if this does not happen.
