Excellent customer service from the kind and helpful clerks. I didn’t have tape and they helped me to seal my express box. Wait was brief and parking was convenient.

I moved march 23,2024 and filled out a change of address in person at this location showed verification of my identity and it is now May 9th and I'm still not getting my mail. I have been to the post office 4 times and they say they will fix it and still haven't. They have no idea where my mail is and just tell me to wait. I have informed delivery on my old address and I see my mail still going to that location which is in the same complex but they don't seem to have my mail either. No wonder nobody likes to use usps for anything. If I could avoid it I would this has been very frustrating and the fact that I have went in person each time and talked to a supervisor each time pisses me off even more.

Always a great experience for me, employees are very informative and helpful. It’s sad to see some of the ignorance they have to deal with from time to time. Young girl with short hair and tattoos is always so sweet and always answers my questions everyone else is great too! Keep up the good work everyone .

On 10/31/23, at around 830am to 840am, the clerk (light complexion, large set with tattoos on their arms) was rude and unprofessional and made me drop off a package in the middle of the desk and did not ask me for ID or anything. I do not know if my package was safely scanned and put in for delivery. Can you please have a manager ensure my package is safe and secure. I will get authorities involved if this does not happen.

This is the best post office in San Diego county. The way they follow up with you to make sure you received your lost package is so reassuring!! The sender had written the wrong suite number so I had to go search the building where I work. Sherry made sure to check with mail carrier and call me to let me know where it was! You guys are always welcome to come in to our dental office! Serra Mesa Smiles at coast medical building! Thank you so much!!!

Over a year ago during the Christmas holidays I went in with a bunch of gifts which I put into various boxes there to send. When I go to the post office to mail holiday gifts, I an super organized; I bring the gifts presorted in separate bags, with labels written out ahead of time as well as scissors, tape, and stuffing in case I need any of that. The woman at the desk asked me to take the tape that I brought with me and was in my purse out of my purse and tried to charge me for it. I asked her why she was asking me to show her something I brought with me. She accused me of taking the tape from there and lying about it, neither of which was true. i took the remainder of my Christmas gifts over the next few days to other post offices after that, and told them about what happened, as no other post office acts like that. it was upsetting to me. Fast forward to September 2023, yesterday I had to mail documents back to a law office I work with as well as a book I was sending to a friend of mine as a gift. Again, I prepared all the documents in a bin along with labels, tape, stuffing. Then when I arrived I packaged the two boxes of documents and taped them up and put on the labels, then put the gift into one of their gift envelopes. WhenI got to the counter, the same woman asked me to take the tape out of my purse so she could charge me for it. I told her that I brought the tape from home, and that no other post office does this. She said it was necessary , whatever that means. So if you want to be accused of being a thief and a liar, go to this post office! Terrible customer service and this person apparently thinks she is in law enforcement, although she is not very good at it.
