The bald headed guy with glasses is very disrespectful he seems like he hates his job but its not the USPS customers’ fault that he’s illiterate and mediocre, very bad attitude he needs to be corrected immediately.

Worst shipping busniess. Screwed me out of $140 cause they claim they can’t get into warehouses front door to deliver and refuse to leave at door when USPS TOLD ME TO STATE LEAVE AT DOOR WHEN SHIPPING.

This is by far the worst post office I’ve used in my life. I don’t typically take the time to write bad reviews but quite frankly the staff they have hired treat us like literal garbage. When you ask anybody a question they just point the finger at the other person.. this isn’t hot potato folks. It’s your job to answer people’s questions!!! Please hire people with training or that actually take their job serious and want to work!!!

Sadly the worst USPS office I have used.
I chose this location because it mentions its P.O. Box lobby are available staring at 5 am which is the earliest I found in San Diego. And until 6 pm which I thought it was True and perfect for my schedule.
So I went for a PO Box, three times got rejected because the person who assisted me interpreted the requirements differently. I would have my papers as the previous employee told them the next would be “no, do it this way fill out the form like this and bring certain docs” then the next one would be “ it was the other way” and reject me it took me 4 visits to finally get my PO Box.
Then when I “received” packages they never mad it to my box. Out of the 23 packages I have order only 7 were left in my box or in one of the larger boxes with a key. 5 were returned because I wasn’t aware they were being held in the back. And the rest had to be picked directly from the counter in the back from an employee.
When I made the report the called me that some of the packages where there but had to be picked in person during business hours from 8:30am-4:30 pm weekdays and until noon on sat. I was like why?? Why can’t you place them in the box like the other packages? all the employee said was because “that’s how it’s done here”. I could get a refund due to its policy. But I am definitely not renewing here.
They assume you know their “inside” rules and how the run things since last year but never take the time to let you know. I told them I needed the P.O. Box because I moved from upstate. I didn’t know you changed your policy or methods last year.
I definitely miss the postal office from my old city.

Terrible service and rude, they have no vocational service. If you don't like your job, quit and look for another one.==============================Third consecutive order they lose! Amazon has been delivering for more than 2 weeks and USPS says they have not received anything. Terrible branch, no one takes responsibility.==============================They lose packages very often, they also deliver other people's packages to you, very slow and rude, very rude.It usually takes about 20 -30 minutes for your packages to be delivered.During this waiting time you notice and hear how they say they don't have packages when people show them that they have already been delivered.It already happened to me that they didn't deliver packages to me, they blame Amazon.When you ask to speak to the manager to make a complaint, the person who assists you does NOT seem to be the manager, you immediately feel how they are lying to justify themselves.Also the place is dirty and smells old.
