Came here to buy a stamp to mail a letter. Was told that they don't have individual stamps and that for me to mail my letter I either needed to purchase a book of 20 stamps or pay $10+ for express delivery. This very much felt like a scam. How can I not mail a letter at the post office?

This post office is always real busy and the staff work hard to keep up with the demand. Santy is always helpful and friendly.
