This post office claims they delivered my package to a parcel locker but unfortunately did not leave a key for me to access it. I believe they gave someone else the key to the parcel locker and refusing to own up to their mistake. Because it says “delivered” they claim there’s nothing they can do. To think a post office would hire and not properly train its carriers to do their job is insanity. Unacceptable Roberto Casas

My order (package) was sent to this post office and they returned it to sender instead of sending it on to where it was addressed too!!( not sure why they did this) but it cost me $308 because the company said I have to reorder it once it was returned and it wasn’t even my fault it was returned ugh!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Showed up for my passport appointment on time but there was line and by the time I got to the front my appointment time passed. It was not my fault they had a line and they told me to come back again tomorrow. The lady at the front was very rude
