i dont usually make reviews but i have been to many post offices to drop off packages from my online shop and their workers are fast and efficient. if i drop off a package, it will be shipped THAT DAY! this is my primary post office because when i use other post offices, i typically wait days for them to be shipped. thank you staff!

Called on the phone to ask a question and the manager yelled at me on the phone for a simple question. Very unprofessional and could’ve done it in a better mannered way. No need to yell when all was asked if it’s possible to move a mailbox by the door due to medical reasons.

A professional retail associate. However my packaged was scanned as delivered, but not actually delivered. Per retail associate the GPS says it was scanned in the neighborhood, but my security cameras for outside only show normal mail delivery and not package delivery, my dogs who bark at everything that enters our gate and me being home also attest that it was not delivered to my home.

The PO building is old, dark, small and falling apart. It really needs to be torn down and rebuilt. HOWEVER, the counter staff are invariably kind and helpful. Don't believe any negative reviews about the staff at this PO-- they are the best. They get all sorts there, and they have to deal with odd, rude, not-so-bright and demanding people, but I have never seen them be anything other than kind and professional. It can get busy there at times, but it is almost always much quicker than other nearby POs, and the staff are so nice that it's not really a bother.

Tiny post office, hidden away, no line, in and out from mailing something at the counter in 5 minutes. This is now my go to post office. The one in Chula Vista (3rd st) is the worst.

I have a different mailman recently and this is the third day I’ve scheduled for a pickup and he hasn’t picked them up. He just drops mail into mailboxes and leaves.
