Visits to the post office used to stress em out, but this post office is lovely. The front desk is friendly and helpful and I feel they have gone above and beyond, whenever they can.

I was just racial profile by the guy with the bold spot in the middle of his head he came out in asked me with an attitude why I told someone that the boxes was closed which 3 of the boxes are closed down .. than yelled at me in told me I was stupid for telling people that about the box .. which I did tell them that one box was closed .. This guy had the audacity to tell me f me while in his uniform and stick a bird at me I will be filing a complaint on every platform there is about is work ethic and customer service when dealing with individuals that's darken skin them him

These guys often royally screw up. They are careless and will make stupid assumptions and send your mail to another state rather than just contact you. Utterly hopeless.

The rude post office lady will not let you use her tape and yet has the audacity to put a tip container on her desk. What a joke this place is. DO NOT GO HERE. Couldn't believe when I saw it.

Cute little post office with friendly workers but their hours are a nightmare for those of us who work 8-5. Why not stay open later if there are staff working there anyway? It isnt 1952. This is why postal service should be outsourced.

Though the customer service at the front desk is mostly friendly, their systems for forwarding and post office boxes are not working.I've had a post office box at another location for about 20 years, and just switching over to this location in august, I have lost mail, had failed forwards for my mail for 5 months, and though I received several notifications that my mail has been dropped off, they never want to look for it or give it to me.The post office at College Grove knows what they are doing. Perhaps this location can learn from them to function better and serve the people that are paying for the services.

Our mailbox was stolen so unfortunately for me I have to go here to pick up my mail. I signed up for informed delivery which should be called Uninformed delivery along with the workers here who should be called uninformed postal workers. I have not gotten the same information from anyone here. It's like they are guessing at answers. Uninformed delivery said my package was there on Monday so I went to get it and was told that it doesn't mean it's there. OK. Yesterday it said the package was OUT for delivery (why? I don't know because my mail is being held due to no mailbox.) So I went this morning to pick it up at 8:37am and only one guy was working the counter and the line of customers was out to the door. come on. get it together. You know this is the busiest time so why is there only one person working? Another guy (the uninformed employee from Monday) strolled in around 8:50 and started logging on his computer which he told the line was slow at logging in. Show up early then!!! If you open at 8:30 then be there with your computer ready at 8:30 or else fire these people and get someone who wants to know their job and do it right. This is two days that I have totally wasted my time with these people. GET IT TOGETHER!!! I have always been a proponent for supporting the USPS but it is really no wonder your business is going to be extinct soon.

Everyone here is AMAZING! The staff here helped me with a very unusual case. My ex has been putting a hold on his mail which has put a hold on MY mail. I didn't find out for MONTHS as I thought I just wasn't getting mail (silly me I know) I finally went into this post office and they told me the situation. Not only did they handle it, but they told my mail carrier (Patty who is known to go above and beyond for all of us she delivers mail to) and they have ensured I now get mail! I found out today he put another hold on my address, but Patty let me know that she is ensuring to just put his mail aside and to deliver mine as normal - something they don't normally do. Thank you ALL for constantly going above and beyond. You have made this difficult situation I have been going through a lot easier on me and I appreciate you all more than you know!

About 4 different people came around 440pm-445pm and we were all surprised they were already closed, the hours need to be updated !
