It's the OB Post Office! They know You by name and Box Number. Very casual and Friendly. Doggies are Welcome. Built during the Sixties and has not changed much. In this case that's a Good Thing!

Every time I go to the Ocean Beach post office, I always get the job done correctly and efficiently!
The stuff in this location from the top boss to the front customer service stuff always thinks what's the best choice for me!
They save me time and money! They know most of the regular customers' names and their pets' names too!!!
This location is not fancy, but the people working there provides 5 star services. I can tell they do the best they can for anyone walks into that post office.

Visits to the post office used to stress em out, but this post office is lovely. The front desk is friendly and helpful and I feel they have gone above and beyond, whenever they can.

I was just racial profile by the guy with the bold spot in the middle of his head he came out in asked me with an attitude why I told someone that the boxes was closed which 3 of the boxes are closed down .. than yelled at me in told me I was stupid for telling people that about the box .. which I did tell them that one box was closed .. This guy had the audacity to tell me f me while in his uniform and stick a bird at me I will be filing a complaint on every platform there is about is work ethic and customer service when dealing with individuals that's darken skin them him

These guys often royally screw up. They are careless and will make stupid assumptions and send your mail to another state rather than just contact you. Utterly hopeless.

The rude post office lady will not let you use her tape and yet has the audacity to put a tip container on her desk. What a joke this place is. DO NOT GO HERE. Couldn't believe when I saw it.

Cute little post office with friendly workers but their hours are a nightmare for those of us who work 8-5. Why not stay open later if there are staff working there anyway? It isnt 1952. This is why postal service should be outsourced.

Though the customer service at the front desk is mostly friendly, their systems for forwarding and post office boxes are not working.I've had a post office box at another location for about 20 years, and just switching over to this location in august, I have lost mail, had failed forwards for my mail for 5 months, and though I received several notifications that my mail has been dropped off, they never want to look for it or give it to me.The post office at College Grove knows what they are doing. Perhaps this location can learn from them to function better and serve the people that are paying for the services.
