Absolutely LAZY employees. They refuse to answer the phone, refuse to provide service, and refuse to respond to Corporate Inquiries. The mail carriers even refuse to deliver the mail.
Pay Attention People: This is what happens when you allow Unions in the workplace. You get LAZY employees who refuse to do their job.

This is like 10th time that USPS does not delivery to my address. They put in the notes that I moved this time but I did not. I don't know what the issue is with USPS but each time I have to go figure out where my items are and be on an automated voice message system for a long time and then drive out of my way to pick up my package. The customer service does not exist for USPS and they don't deliver so what the heck are they doing?

This is my local USPS distribution office and my apartment number is clearly 15. They wrote "19" on the box and delivered it to the wrong unit with a different lockbox key. This is a box of critical medication which I did not receive on time because it ended up in the wrong hands. I had to post flyers in my apartment complex so that whoever received it would come find me. How is a mistake like this even possible lol, 15 and 19 are completely different numbers...This is not the first time I've had delivery issues with my packages from this location.

I went to two different locations in San Diego. Stevens Way was excellent service with plenty of parking. The one on 16th Street was run down and no parking available with few spaces in the lot that were filled—no street parking.

Moved to this neighborhood a little over a year ago, and I’ve never waited more than 15 mins - that includes when the line has been to the door. They are very efficient and Rufino and Rosy are always very pleasant and friendly.

This place is slooowwwww. There's never anyone to help you just pick up packages, you have to get in line no matter what. If you try to ring the buzzer they won't tell you for a while that you have to get in line. I watched as a clerk put a box together, tape it and give the customer filling so the package could be packaged. I once asked for a little tape to tape a small label on and they told me I had to purchase a roll of tape, I guess it depends on the customer.
