This postal service is awful😠😡on 12/20/2022 @ 2:00PM. I came here to complaint about the postcarrier in my route, delivered a tampered opened, empty envelope, that was dropped in my mailbox. I was told by him(route postman) to Come to this postal office(92114), & show them what's was dropped off into my mailbox. the postal-carrier whom was still in my route, delivering the rest of the mail to all the residents. I drove, arrived at the postal station [92114] talked to the clerk, & she told me that the manager was on a christmas-party meeting. Come back later, or wait for her until she gets back from the Christmas gatherings. So I did. Nothing. I told the front clerk, is she here yet? Nope, she not in. but there's someone else whom can talk to you. Okay. So she send out this young assistant manager. I explained to him what happened, & showed him the envelope, that it is cruel for a postman to delivered this torn, opened, tampered, stolen, empty inside envelope.That was put into my mailbox. He looked at it, & said that it has been opened & tampered, torn. I can give you a number to called & report it to the USA postal inspector. So I did, no-one help! No one picked up the phone. I gave all information & no-one didn't returned my called! 😡What a waste of time. I just can't believe who would opened up a envelope with pictures of my deceased mother inside a caskets, which I couldn't attend to the funeral services, & a gift attach as a Christmas gift. How rude & disgusting & disrespectful is that. Since the holiday seasons are here. These postal workers don't care! They opened any letters or packages 📦 & they say is missing, & can't do anything about it.😠 Since nothing is being solved. Since I the prices are skyrocketing on stamps & delivery packages. Still they are opening customer's mail & packaging & blame it on the machines. This place is totally horrible. Bad services !👎

I love the staff that is on this post office lobby. On the other hand most of the delivery workers are in another level of laziness. I was supposed to get a package yesterday it wasn’t delivered because it was to heavy (20 pounds) so I came to the post office to pick it up and they told me that it wasn’t here that it was out for delivery again today so I waited outside of my home so when I saw the mailman I ask him for my package then I asked him why didn’t he left it yesterday he replied “ yesterday was my day off my supervisor covered my route” so yeah complaining to a supervisor won’t make a difference because they are also lazy

Nice employees. They don't seem overwhelmed like yesteryear when the lines were long and the work was cumbersome.

This place lost 2 packages of mine in less than a week. They Admitted they delivered at the wrong address. Two days later they lost another package. Yet they update the tracking to delivered or left in mailbox.

They don't give you choices they don't let you put in what you need exactly the automated teller in your AI is the most stupidest thing I've ever come out with if I wanted to talk to a computer I'd become one you need to live people real people to create the jobs and give them back to the operators and representatives that can help send you to the right location of where you need help at

They can never deliver anything! I even put the delivery instructions. Now I’m trying to call so I can just pick it up at the office but, no one picks up!!!! I’ve been calling non-stop for 2 days. This place truly needs to be reported and closed down. People have important things in their mail and this is unacceptable.

Absolutely LAZY employees. They refuse to answer the phone, refuse to provide service, and refuse to respond to Corporate Inquiries. The mail carriers even refuse to deliver the mail.
Pay Attention People: This is what happens when you allow Unions in the workplace. You get LAZY employees who refuse to do their job.
